Very quite condo with swimming pool. No restaurant and mini mart. Hotel will provide spaghetti and bread for your. and they provide a cell phone for us to contact. Need transport to travel everywhere, be ready to pay at least 300 bath for tuk tuk each trip. Near to Kamala beach and Phuket Fantasea.

Staff at reception are not friendly (even rude at times). No food in the day time and no dinner served although there is a kitchen by the pool! Absolut shuttle times are completely inadequate in view of location: For dinner you should take shuttle at 7:20 and come back at 9pm, while at that time, due to traffic, the drive...

I have read a lot of the comments regarding this boutique hotel, some good, some bad. I have also stayed in a lot of places in Thailand and Patong as well as other countries around the world. The hotel is about 5 -10 minutes drive north of Patong between Patong and Kamala. Its not a true Kamala location as its...

The hotel is six km out of town by the beach but you can not use the beach. The staff at the front desk, pool area and front gate are very friendly and helpful. Nakalay offers a free shuttle that runs through the day, last one back 9pm. When we stayed there we had to sit through a presentation, the...

This little resort is about 10-15 mins out of Patong, located at Kamala Beach. The accommodation was beautiful with spacious bedrooms and large living areas. We stayed in a 2 bedroom unit with kitchen. Not close to beach, bars or shops but only a tuk tuk ride away (about 300 baht). Offers free shuttle transfers every two hours into Patong...

Stayed for two nights. Room (musty smell), pool lovely but no view. Very isolated. No cafes, bars, 711's etc or even taxi or tuk tuks at front. Shuttle into Patong needed to be more frequent considering isolation.

Absolute Nakalay beach resort Greeting at airport was good as our flight was running late, but hotel greeting party waited and helped with bags. Check in was pleasant. Hotel facilities are of a reasonable standard, but as we were told the hotel is due an up grade. With the up grade hopefully they will put in new air conditioning units...

Having visited the Nakalay before, we were certainly disappointed this time. Service was dismal, room wasn't ready, safe and aircon problems in our room. The pool was extremely rough in most places where grout had disintegrated, making it quite unsafe for the kids. Courtesy bus times were not very suitable for kids/our family also. The room/unit size is what drew...

This is a expensive hotel with location beside a highway between Patong and Kamala. Hotel has no beach (bus transfer to Kamala beach) We got a deal and paid 599 NKR for one week, but we stayed for only 3 nights. This is a hotel that includes in a membership for absolute world and the cheap price included a salesmeeting....

I'm sorry to hear of your experience staying with us, it is true that this resort is set away from the centre of Phuket and things do close down during the evening so as you said it may not have been your first choice for the type of holiday you were looking for.

Stayed in this resort and found the apartments to be really nice, they are well equipped and very clean and modern. The TV has a couple of film channels in English and several other English speaking channels. The Kitchen is small but adequate for small meals and toast. The bed was rock hard, and even when requested to soften and...

Well two months is a long stay indeed !! It's true many of our guests request a mattress topper which is very common across Phuket. There is of course not much we can do about the external traffic noise but we have passed on your comments to our management team which they will look into specifically in regard to any...
