I was in Room 213, which has a big bed, TV, armchair, desk and chair, coffee-making facilities, and small fridge with lots of water supplied. I had to ask to borrow an iron and small ironing board. There was no shower curtain, and the shower over the bath floods the bathroom floor. The hotel is close to a subway station.
It’s a very great experience to stay at here! I would recommend everyone to stay here as the service is super nice! The room is cozy and the breakfast buffet is tasty! I’ll definitely come back again if i have the chance
Had two short, peaceful stays here in September. Very well run and staff very helpful. Rooms spotless, beds very comfortable and food very good. Reasonable cost for a hotel of such a high standard. From outside it was hard to see because of shops around it- you have to walk through entrance to a kind of shopping mall, but there is a lift up to 3rd floor and there you will find this excellent hotel.
Well... where to begin with... the staff is good, try to help at least, but still staff is not enough for a hotel. The smell was one of the first thing , it's smell like old... very old moisture from the lobby. Room is ok though, except that the window handle broke when I tried to close the window. They also told me that there will be no water for few hours, and WiFi in the room was very bad sometimes. Tried to send email for hours, then I went to a coffee shop outside. And sometimes no breakfast, because the chef took his days off during the week. It is a well situated hotel, just few minutes to a MRT station. But they do need to review their hotel equipment...
Its a narrow building by itself. We check in to find out there is a sex chair at the room. Despite it's a love hotel its clean. On the corridor sometimes you'll hear people doing their business. They rent the rooms for hours & half days too. This hotel located 3-5min walk to FuZhong MRT station. In front of the hotel is an 7-11. very closed to Nan Ya night market.
It's a love hotel where most if not all of guests are there for a 'rest'. You don't really want to be there if you are with family especially with young children. We were given a room with a "sex chair" despite having a child with us when we checked in. The huge contraption took up a huge part of the small room. When we asked for a change of room, the attendant looked at us with strange eys.
Because a bang is what people comes here for. This is a love hotel, and if previous reviewers didn't notice... maybe it was because they can't read Mandarin. They rent the rooms for hours or half days. Our check-in was at 8pm and our room was stinking like cigarettes. But the best part was the huge (in size) and sordid surprise we found in the corner (check the photo): A massive gynecologist chair. creeeeeeepy On the positive side i have to say the price is certainly cheap for Taipei and apart from the smell the room was quite clean. The counter girl was helpful and brought an air purifier to try to remove the smell, but she refused to change the room.
This hotel is situated near the FuZhong MRT station, it is behind 7-11 in Nan Men street. Near to 7-11 means that we won't be starved to death even if there is nothing to eat, which is quite impossible, as in Taipei, on every street, at least there is something to eat, as long as we are not picky. It is close to the Nan Ya night market, thought it's not as a big as Shih Lin, still it is not so bad, plenty of food to eat. Further out there, there is the Lin Family Mansion, which is built before 1900, lots of historical stuff about them and also a huge garden/park with animals roaming around. Trying asking the hotel staff if you are not sure where to go. Or else use FourSquare to navigate around, reading people reviews and decide which one to go. If we want to buy grocery stuff, FE21, A-mart, and Carrefour is just nearby, taking a taxi to one of those places is less than TWD100 for sure.. Plenty of taxis around here, if we really cannot get any taxi, we can just walk to the Fu Zhong MRT station, there is a queue of taxi there waiting for customers, almost any time of day. I have been staying here for the 3rd time now, the staff is friendly if we are friendly as well. I am a bit skeptical about their cleanliness, I saw a peanut on the carpet in the room so I purpose went out for the whole day and asked them to clean the room, when I'm back, the bed sheet and blanket has been put back nicely, the table has been wiped I guess ( coz my things got shifted around) and also the bathroom towel has been replaced, but the peanut is still there. And also, I managed to saw some stain on the bathroom towel one day when I was about to use it.... I know they outsource the cleaning of bedsheets and towel to some other company, but still...…
Good location (close to Fuzhong MRT Station), staff were very helpful with our requests such as providing portable heater for our room, giving us more bottled water, helping to collect laundry when it's late at night.
Our cousins who are locals found a great deal at this hotel. This hotel is close to the Taipei subway station (close to Banqiao station) and also very close to the Banqiao Night Market. The hotel offers early checkin and has free breakfast for guests. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and they have really soft pillows and blankets. I would stay here again on my next visit because it is just outside Taipei and the hotel rates are cheaper than hotels in the city.
