Choosed Caesar park this time cause of its amazing pool. The first room we went in had cigarette smell. So we got upgraded to another room (which was good) Went to the pool .... (shocked!) it was crazily packed! (It was shared between Hilton and Caesar park!) did not have a separate changing room for the pool (the only place is the changing room for the gym) Went back to the pool at night (which was way empty). Service was good though.

After a month of backpacking and staying in budget hostels we booked this hotel as a treat as we were celebrating a birthday. The room was amazing, big bath, comfy beds, very good coffee machine and a gorgeous view over the city. The breakfast was superb, with a huge selection! Also the bar has a good happy hour for cocktails. The main reason we splashed out on this hotel was for the rooftop pool and bar, however when we got there we were informed that they were both closed which was very disappointing and we had wished this was made clear before booking. Overall we would recommend this hotel.
Got a very good deal from Agoda.com which includes daily buffet breakfast. Very near Banqiao Station. 7-Eleven nearby where you can buy snacks, water or drinks. Breakfast has a wide range of choices and options. Hotel is squeaky clean. Swimming pool is shared with another hotel; has very nice view of the city. Towels are available and lifeguard on duty was really helpful.
One of my favourite hotels- spacious rooms and impeccably clean. Really loved the bathroom- two basins and both bath tub and shower. Bed was comfortable. Location is fantastic, few minute walk from Banqiao subway station, however the area is a little way out from the city centre- will take you 30minutes to reach Taipei 101 by train. There’s a few shopping centres nearby but I didn’t visit them. Staff were ok, most were fairly polite and spoke good English. Didn’t try the breakfast.
Property amenities, room features and neighbourhood closely matched the description given on the website. A few members at the reception were very good handling check-in and questions on transportation to nearly attractions. For senior management, the air quality in the room needed attention. There was a potential environmental health issue which could not possibly be resoved by cleaning workers themselves because it was too difficult to reach the ceiling. The dust and microorganisms accumulated on the ceiling light installations facing the airconditioning vent in the guest room were AWEFUL. It indicated there was a system failure in maintenance and supervisors did not check. We did not notice it when we checked in but only discovered it half an hour before we were due to leave. Even if we had changed to another room, the air quality would not have been different. Let's see if the management "feedback" to this problem is again a standard "apology and will pass on to..." reply!…
It was an okay stay, we arrived late evening and staff wasn’t as welcoming. Good location, clean big rooms apart from there was a cigarette burnt hole in one of the arm chairs. Very busy hotel so waiting for the lift takes some time. If staff was a bit more welcoming and attentive I would’ve recommended this hotel to family and friends.
We stayed at Cham Cham Hotel at near by and walked to Caesar Park Hotel for breakfast. When we arrived the hostess desk for table and the staff asked us the room number then we told them that we were not staying at Caesar Park Hotel. The staff escorted us to the cashier counter at the entrance of the restaurant and stopped us there instead of showing us the table to seat down for breakfast. The cashier asked us to pay for the breakfast immediately even before we going into the restaurant. We have total of four and all stood at the cashier counter. At that point, I said to the cashier that can someone escort us to the table first and not asking for payment before our breakfast. it is totally unacceptable policy to ask guest to pay before dinning at the restaurant which is a Mcdonald style.…
The hotel is quite new and rooms are nice and quiet. For the price I paid it ain’t a bad deal. My problem though is with the size of the single bed which really narrow and the open bathroom which is enclosed in glass. I would hate to imagine non couples using the bathroom which has zero privacy to the point that it’s not really practical. Checking in and out was easy but I had to wait a couple of minutes since there was a big tour group ahead of me. Breakfast is also really busy, I had to line up almost 10 mins just for an egg. Dishes hardly changed day to day. There were not much other food choices around the hotel but good thing the subway station is just across the street so it’s easy to go to another place for meals.
My room was very nice. Clean and new. The space surprised me. If photo the bed area but it’s a touch messy so you won’t see that. I was disappointed over breakfast. Even if I was Chinese I would be as well. Toast but only very sweet peanut butter. I’m not sure how natural that was. Coffee was good. I’d be back to the Caesar Park Hotel instead.
