This is a great place for movie shoots. Recently Raj Kundra shot his famous movies here. Nice place...isolated..no one can hear what is going on and evil serenity exists here. Hopefully Raj Kundra will get to visit this place some time soon.

They are 2 cottages and a bungalow. Bungalow is divided in 2 parts having 2 rooms each. Rooms are good . Expect no room service as the guy who is taking care of property was very rude. Location is good in evening where you can sit at rocky sea side with lot of wind gusts. Their is no food available at hotel, you can buy it from neighboring hotels. Rooms are decently maintained.

It was second trip to Kashid and I knew that there are very few sea touch properties. This is one of the property which has rocky beach view. It is around 3-4 km from beach main entrance. We stayed at single bunglows. There is no AC in these rooms. Voltage fluctuation can make cooler/fan also to run slow. There is generator here, however one needs to remind the caretaker to start the same. There will not be much to eat/drink here. So needs to be better prepared. Swings and garden here is good for kids. Benches to enjoy sea view are also great value addition. There are AC bunglows as well. Booking process was painful. If looking for staying economically and can live with above issues , then one can go for it.

Green Park is located just 15-20 minutes before the actual Kashid Beach. The Place has 2 Family rooms and 2 cottages. when we had been, there were no other guests so the whole property was ours to enjoy. The Property has huge lawn, Hammocks and swings to chill and even access to the Rocky Sea area. The care-taker are very helpful. Food is not usually prepared by them but there was another hotel on the opposite side of the road where we had our dinner.

I went here with my family. We booked the bungalow. They have two rooms in the bungalow which consists of one bedroom each. They said we have AC in bedrooms. But for a big family it's not sufficient to sleep in one bedroom. Here they have too much of fluctuations in electricity. They have put stabilizers for each AC. AC & refrigerators service is very very poor. As we went at the start of June still the climate was very humid we booked AC rooms. But there was no AC working properly :( One more thing disappointed us was there are no amenities given here. Carry your own. And bathrooms were not well maintained. :( Only the GOOD Part of this resort was that sea is near it & the food over here is yummy! :) The caretakers of this bungalow resort are also good people. :) The sea view, sunset, sunrise, lawn, garden were good. :) …

It was my 2nd trip to the place, and what a good place to be, we v'r 15 friends in all and that was a superb place to be. You can enjoy the cool breez coming direct from the sea as this is directly sea-touching and the ambiance is too good. you have ample space for playing,parking and therez childrens play area as well. Food quality is good.
