Swimming pool is very dirty and no signs are there to mention the depth of the pool. Plus rooms are also okayish. Also we don't get food included in our package. In one of the rooms allotted to us had no loacks from inside, so basically your room will be open the whole night. Also that room had sliding window type wall, which was also not loackable. So any one can enter your room through that, even though you have locked your room from outside. Place is located to very interior, very difficult to find. Please don't visit this place, you will just waste your money and time.

Resort is very nice but not cost worthy. Need more facilities like rain dance, indoor games, badminton court like that. Rooms are good but door lock system is very poor. Swimming pool is average. Food quality is good.

We were a group of 4 with our two children's planned to stay here for 2 nights .For our surprise we some how managed to stay here for a night and checked out asap the other day. There is no one to help with the bookings, room allocation, lunch inquiry, drinking water bottles ans other basic issues ,the so called manager does not pick up the phone. After calling almost 10 times he picked up the phone and says he is in Mumbai.Staff is very rude and not at all helpful. The rooms are not having locks ,bathroom water comes in the room like our private swimming pool in our room itself. One of our diabetic friend asked for sugar free tea and the staff says no sir we cant provide it ..I mean what the hell is it rocket science to prepare just a no sugar tea ?? Rooms not clean up to the mark ,lunch served at 3 pm ,dinner at 10.30 pm and breakfast 10 am .So this the DIVINE place. Not a single good thing I can say about this place. Please avoid this place.

The stay was comfortable, rooms were clean and spacious and so was the bathroom The food was excellent, though you have to inform the staff well in advance if u want the food over there, we had dinner and it was delicious. Overall it was a pleasant stay, the beach was just 5 mins walk

I have been to many resorts in Konkan both good and bad but this beats them all... This is easily the worst of the lot. Since the minimum rating which has to be given is one star, I am compelled to give this place a one star or else it does not even deserve a star for that matter. We booked this place last minute after just going through one review on TripAdvisor. This was the only one available on iBibo. We reach this place in noon on Saturday and find that there is no manager. Rooms don't have locks. There are no helpers to get our luggage from car. When we enquire for lunch for which we had already informed in advance, staff says that it will take time. They are half drunk and unable to understand what we are trying to say. The rooms do not have locks. It is difficult to lock the rooms from inside. Due to voltage fluctuation AC is not working. There is no AC remote available. TV set top box not working. Rooms do no have basic drinking water facility. We are simply stuck with this place and don't understand what should we do as we have already paid and won't get a refund and also none of the other resorts has any availability. Dinner is served late at night and we miss it as it is very late and sleep on empty stomach. We asked for tea in noon and milk in morning for kid but no one is ready to provide. In night time the staff is so much drunk that no one is understanding what we are trying to say to them. We had planned for 2 days stay but checkout the very next day. Breakfast is served after people have started checking out. Not sure if the owner does not care, why is he even thinking of running this property. Stay on beach but don't go to this place unless they take this business seriously and respect the paying guests.

We had last minute plans for Christmas holiday so after searching for many resorts across Konkan this was the only available. That should have been a warning enough for us that if something is available during holiday time it should not be good. Anyways we went ahead and booked this place by transferring half the amount to a personal account of the so called manager of this property. After the amount was transferred I called, SMSed and Whatsapped this person multiple time but he never responded back if he has received the money or our booking is confirmed. We still went ahead and on my way, I called him to check and then he confirmed that our booking is confirmed and also asked us if we will have lunch, to which we confirmed. Once we reached Kashid, even with the help of Google Maps we were not able to locate this place as it is inside the main road and there are no boards as well to give directions. Again called up the manager to check on how to reach, but he never picked up the calls. Somehow we reached this place. Here is the USP of this place summarized : 1. No reception, no one knows if we are arriving. Manager has run away and he is not reachable. After convincing the person there that we have paid and we are expected he allots us rooms. The whole resort is deserted. 2. There are no locks to the rooms. The rooms are made of metal and wood with thin wooden sheet separating rooms and glasses on all sides as walls. There are full size curtains that help us in closing the glass walls, so outside people cannot see what is happening inside. 3. Due to voltage fluctuation AC and Fans don't work. Even if someone walks around there is loud noise. 4. We reached at 1.30 expecting lunch to be ready, but the staff there is sitting idle and says it will take at least a hour to prepare lunch. 5. Finally lunch is served at 3.00 pm after we putting a lot of pressure on them. Thankfully the taste of lunch was Ok. 6. Almost all of the staff was drunk smelling very badly. Especially in evening almost all of them were dead drunk. Their helpers double up as cooks. 7. By evening people like us who had booked this place at last minute had trickled in and they were also surprised by the lack of service. 8. They served dinner at 10.30 pm in the night when half of the people were sleep. The food did not had any taste. They had kept the food in open without any cover. Chapatis had become very hard. 9. Next day the breakfast was severed at 10.30 am and that too was not in sufficient quantity. Half of the people had their food outside. 10. There is no room service for anything. TV is not working. No mirrors in room. 11. Staff is rude. 12. Kitchen was stinking with cockroaches running around. 13. Dogs and Cows are roaming around in property. 14. When we checked out and said that some of us did not had dinner and breakfast, they said it is your problem if you are not available when we serve. They argued and charged us 700 per person for pathetic food and service. After much arguing they somehow reduced some amount. 15. They don't have any water inside the room you have to compulsory buy mineral water from them. This is a third class place with no owner and manager. Staff only interested in drinking whole day. Most of the people had plans to stay back for 2 days but everyone of them checked out in morning. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE EVEN IF IT IS AVAILABLE FOR FREE.

It started its operation in Nov/Dec 2015, and still not yet fully developed. only accommodation building & pool is ready. Ground+First floor rooms are made of prefabricated metal structure (no concrete ), Corner rooms have 2 side full length sliding windows as their walls & middle room has it on 1 side. Expect noise from noisy neighbours or pool party animals as this is not concrete structure. It has decent size pool but the problem with it is that it has steep 45 degree slope from 1.5 feet at both ends to 11 feet in middle. that is very dangerous for non swimmers. There is no proper restaurant or any chair-table seating. food is served from small kitchen what is used by all its staff, there is no food menu, it is cooked on-demand & if possible by them. we visited in JUNE 2016, experienced first monsoon showers. got to eat fresh mangoes from their plantations. Neat & clean Rooms, clean pool made our trip to this place enjoyable. will surely visit again but only after it is fully functional.
