Lovely, very relaxing. The moment you walk in, there is a warm welcome. Beautiful simple rooms with comfortable beds and nice surroundings. Countryside noises all around, birds and pleasant views. Not too far from other places like Bourton on the water but far enough away for peace and quiet if that's what you are looking for. Great place downstairs overlooking...

The Lamb Inn was the most welcoming, friendly place we have stayed in. Dog friendly really meant dog friendly. All of the staff were very helpful and pleasant. The food, well what can we say, just superb. We will highly recommend The Lamb Inn to our friends and we will most certainly be returning.

Popped in today with my mother, father and 92year old gran for a casual lunch out. I was very taken by the experience as I felt everything had been worked on and set just right. Car park was not huge but exactly what was needed and useful in comparison to other venues nearby that are similar. Welcome was effusive if...

Very friendly staff and a nice bedroom. The breakfast was excellent with an amazing choice of fresh fruit and a nice selection to choose from for the cooked breakfast. Would highly recommend a stay here.

I've always known of The Lamb at Burford but this is the first time I've visited. Lovely very Olde English pub. Perfect for tourists. Originally a 15th century weaver's cottage this hostellry has a ground floor maze of rooms, bars & dining areas. A very nice welcome & polite, professional service. Lovely lunch menu with quite a different choice of...

My sister and I (and Dottie, my dog) booked in at the last minute for a different way to spend New Year's Eve. How pleased we were that we had! We had a lovely room with a smart bathroom. There was a real mix of people there but everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves. We started with champagne and canapes...

We notified Booking.com of our bad news who contacted The Lamb Inn who responded at one days notice and cancelled the booking at no charge! We are...
