This is a really good facility and I personally recommend this for families. Facility is some 20 rooms in an coffee estate that also has jackfruit plantation and seasonally ginger and some other plantation. The coffee plants and pepper plants are also in and around the cottage and can be touched right from the balcony. 1.Internet facilities can be improved. 2.Food was really good. Breakfast spread was good. 3.Parking facilities are good 4.2 rooms are in one cottage unit for deluxe and luxury. They can be interconnected. It is most suited for 2 families staying together. Comfort rooms are row of 4 or 5 rooms in one cottage style unit. There was little sound from adjoining room in our cottage unit. We rented 2 deluxe rooms and we were given both the rooms in one cottage unit. Interconnected. 5.cleanliness was spot on. Everything was spick and span despite the location and weather. bath facilities were superb in the rooms hot water was good 6.swimming pool was maintained in good condition despite weather other resort facilities had seen better days . Maybe there were unmaintained as we travelled in off season june. 7.price was a little more for a deluxe room but was totally justified sheets and towel cleanliness was top notch 8.staff behaviour was excellent. Most were from kerala as nexstay is kerala based 9.road to resort was good except last few hundred meters which was a little steep slope but manageable 10.weather was the best thing during mid june when we visited 11. There are no shops or anything around resort are non existent. In fact we found chikmaglur to be non touristy and we could not find tourist specific shops. 12.Plantation tour is the only thing that's not provided and we were told to simply roam in the estate. The coffee estate is big if we follow towards left of the owners bungalow. Straight from the bungalow leads us to jackfruit plantation and then a dead end. 13.Fourth floor view was nice from the water tower. Thousands of acres of coffee plantation. 14. There are few stray dogs in the premises. I felt hotel allows it for protection against possible wild animals just in case. We found the dogs to be completely safe and saw some kids playing with them. We did not find them to be issue at all. They simply relax near the pool.

Resort outside room - outside the rooms, the resort is well maintained. Lush green plantation. Inside room - not well maintained. We had cockroaches, lizards, spiders inside the room. So definitely no regular pest control happening. When complained next day about it, they offered to change room, but we didn't think it was good idea as other rooms also might be having same issue. The staff mentioned they will clean the room properly, but next day also we saw cockroaches and lizard. The spiders were removed. Linen was changed daily. They did nice decoration for our anniversary on a short notice (photo added) Swimming Pool - very well maintained Location - away from all major attractions, so consider more days if you decide to stay here Restaurant - good south Indian dishes. Breakfast spread was very good. Avoid North Indian dishes, we ordered one and it wasn't good. Staff is very good and always smiling. Quantity of dishes is also good. Suggestions - 1. Pest control asap 2. More lights along the pathway connecting reception area to rooms

Visited the resort during Christmas. Was a very pleasant experience. Set within a coffee plantation, one can leisurely stroll through coffee plants. There isn't much of a view other than the coffee plants, unless you go up the view point near the main gate . (The viewpoint which is actually a tower with multiple levels of water tanks needs to be cleaned up and also made better). The landscape gardening near the main building is very beautiful. It's a small resort with limited facilities compared to the larger resorts of Chikmagalur like Siri or Java rain... There is a small badminton court and a tiny childrens play area. Didn't try the swimming pool in the cold. There was a bonfire arrangement near the pool but it wasn't lit since no one gathered around. Probably, had it been lit, people would have gathered. There was also a live grill counter near the pool which was nice. Some hot grilled chicken was comforting in the cold evening. The food in the restaurant generally was good, breakfast spread is decent and we also had the dinner at the restaurant itself. What was really nice was the Christmas arrangements as we landed up on Christmas Eve. There was live music arranged by a musician duo, not those loud brash parties, but rather a soothing one . The staff also made a humble effort to make the vibes very festive, all with a Santa and everything. The lighting was very pretty all around (though the idea of electric lights above the swimming pool was really dangerous) . There was a Christmas buffet but it wasn't forced, and was optional which we felt was an honest approach. We tried the buffet and really liked the food and variety. Would love to stay at this beautiful place again.

Situated amidst dense Coffee plantations, surrounded by mountains, trees the Resort is an amazing place to relax with your family or loved ones. I traveled to this resort a few weeks back in the month of July over a weekend. The property is simply awesome and the staff is very courteous. Just 3 Km away from NH, but extremely calm and serene. We reached around 3 pm and on our special request, the property Manager Amarnath Basu arranged for an exclusive stay for us, which has a lush green view. Not only this, the Chef Prasanna (who is from Orissa), served us amazing Mutton Curry and hot chapatti for lunch, which tasted just amazing. The property is widespread over a few acres of lush green coffee plantation and has a few cottages built across. If you are staying in one of these cottages, it is certainly going to be a phenomenal experience. There are single rooms too giving a nice view towards this plantation. They also have a good swimming pool and fortunately, when we arrived the pool was functional. They have a good restaurant and serve good food.

The resort is located among coffee plantations. This a very good place for people who are looking at getaway from calls pollution. So you can have all the time for yourself without gadgets. There is wifi facility which is good, but I stayed away from gadgets. The plantation walk was great. The room was huge and it was raining hence we booked a non AC cottage. The check in process was great. Thanks to Mr. Amarnath for helping with suggestions etc. Mr. Madhusuthan gave easy maps for sightseeing nearby. This place located far from city hence if you are planning sightseeing it is recommended to start early so you can cover more places. We stayed for 3 nights and we used 2 full days for sightseeing and 3rd ed relaxed at the resort. Food was great and reasonably priced. Thanks team for your wonderful hospitality.

We had a last moment planning during christmas vacation. And found only this resort was available, with one room availability. Without much choice, we just took our chance and visited this resort without any expectation. To our surprise, our stay at this resort turned out to be very pleasant experience. Surrounded by coffee plantation, resort was very peaceful. Enjoyed the bonfire in the chill weather. Staff were very courteous. We had made some request and they took some extra measure to fulfill it. Five star for that courteous gesture from the staff.
