We stayed in the resort during 25th to 27th December 2022. The resort was well maintained. The room was very convenient. Problem brought to the notice of reception staff was attended to without having to mention again. The food at the inhouse restaurant was very tasty. The restaurant staff were very cordial and customer friendly. Overall a good place for tourists / family.

Very dated rooms and in general. Dusty rooms. Unenthusiastic and not interested staff. Rooms and hotel areas need updating. Needs to classify as lower star hotel. Location is away from Dwarka. Quiet beautiful surroundings. Wifi not too great Pool could be cleaner

Worst rooms... Stinking smell, curtains with blood of ladies of periods, walls are pathetic, staff is highly rude, no reply of email after booking for confirmation in 3 days, food allergic instructions not followed and wasted money, shameless people took bill of food not even eat. My wife sleep without eating food. Swimming pool water is muddy. All PHOTOS PROOF added in trip advisor. Request 5 times to meet with manager. Manger is not available any time. Many more disappointing things. Unclean, unhygienic, restaurant has refrigerator which sounds like hell

The best things first 1) the staff , especially Jignesh at the front office , courteous n prompt . Hospitable by nature n obliging to customer demands. 2) the food was very good, so good we had all our meals in the restaurant in spite of going out everyday. The pineapple sheera definitely needs a mention. 3. The swimming pool was well maintained apart from the stray dogs . The dressing room also needs maintenance 4. The lawns are beautifully maintained with flowering plants. 5) car park is spacious and secure . However the plumbing Needs to be improved . Also we had to cancel the 4 th day booking due to unforeseen reasons . They were reluctant at first then after much prodding they later obliged for a cancellation fee of 2000. This could have been waived off as a goodwill gesture considering we stayed 3 nights n had all meals there .also all their rooms were booked at that time so it wouldn’t have hurt them anyway …

The location of resort is right on main Dwarka Porbandar highway. There is ample car parking space inside the resort. The interior and rooms are sparkling clean. They also have clean linens. The staff is cooperative and good. They do have their own restaurant at ground floor. Due to non availability of other food options nearby we decided to try it. After eating lot of Gujarati food we tried their Chole Masala , Tandoor roti and taken Veg Fried rice. The food tasted good but in midnight my son and wife started vomiting the same for that entire night. No idea what was wrong but this was the scene which made our trip sour.

Hotels rooms are not so good, water taps faulty, breakfast of not good quality. One must not never take lunch or dinner in restaurant of this hotel. There were four stray dogs inside the premises of hotel drinking water of swimming pool when were customers are enjoying swimming, a rare site to watch in any hotel. Bread served in breakfast was not fresh at all! I ate chickpeas in Pauha first time ever in my life, what an awkward combination Staff was polite, good natured and polite.

I came here on 11 December after 23 hr drive and 1st thing greeted me was ample amount of greenry and most kind hearted/voice receptionist. he even agree to keep my Pet and gave the best room with balcony and swing and best food like there gujrati thali is must try

#Best_Place_To_Relax_Beside_The_Pool_During_Destination_Wedding #13 Day3 Throughout the day after visiting so many unrevealed places of Dwarka. I was looking for a simple dinner under the open sky. I never knew that Lord Dwarikadhish had already made an arrangements through Shital bhai. I was sitting on the centre of the lawn surrounded with plants & tree. The food was displayed beside the lush blue pool was so refreshing. Traditional #Khichdi #Ausen #Bhakri #ChurmaLaddoo #SewTameta & 1st time I tried #GajarKaHalwa With #Vanila #IceCream. The best part was the whole family was with me in this trip & A salute to the whole family for this hospitality. I saw them waiting for us before my arrival including the kidos. Loads of love to them. In the initial phase of the journey if you remember I was talking about the #DestinationWedding After visiting the place I think this would be a vegetarians delight for the wedding sand other get together. They have rooms for the physically challenged people extra big doors and slopes with special toilets. Above all they have made an arrangements of rain water harvesting as well which I haven't seen anywhere so far. Kudosss for all the efforts. Stayed for a couple of nights . The product needs refurbishment . Rooms are big in size and the pricing offers good value for money . Hygiene and Housekeeping needs focus . The restaurant Team needs to be accomodating rather than apprehensive and inflexible . Jignesh was outstanding and always there to assist . Must compliment the GM for accomodating us and making us feel comfortable .
