Our family & friends 31 guests stay at the Trans resort for 8 days.. the service was 10/10. The buffet breakfast was spoilt for choices. The kids loved the pool the life guards even knew the kids names. The reception staff knew our villa number as soon as we reached the reception.. We definitely highly recommend the trans and will book again when we visit Bali again. Just amazing!!

WOW is the first word that comes to mind when you step in to the majestic lobby at the Trans resort. Straight away we were greeted by a lovely attendant with frangipani placed by our ears and a refreshing drink for an adult and a lovely smoothie for kids. From that moment, we knew we were in for a treat. This resort is beautiful. The rooms are absolutely luxurious and large with all the amenities you could ever need. Everything in the room from the towels, slippers and one of the best robes I’ve ever worn spelled comfort and luxury. The next mention is the breakfast buffet which pretty much anything and everything you could want for - an unbelievable bread and pastry section, fruit section, all types of juices including the must try detox juice, the local section which had a Bali corner and an Malaysian corner, an Asian station with noodles, dim sims and congee, sushi and the list goes on and on. You also get to order straight from your table should you want to from the ala carte menu. Oh, and the coffee station makes amazing coffee. The wait staff are so attentive, asking if you wanted a coffee top up and clearing the plates as soon as your done. The pool is so lovely, perfect for little kids and adult alike. Lots of lounges all around the pool with fresh towels ready for you when you want it. The beautiful white sand by the pool makes you feel you’re by the beach and the waterfall sounds around the pool adds that extra level of relaxation. There’s always 2-3 lifeguards around for that added safety and peace of mind. The club lounge is absolutely lovely and the roof top bar is such a great way to enjoy the sunset after a day in the pool our touring Bali. Frankly, once you step foot at the Trans resort, you don’t want to step out of the hotel. The restaurant is also wonderful and has a lovely menu to cater for the kidlets. The kids club is a lovely place for kids to relax and play video games, artwork, mini golf and lots more activities. Aris and Gita were so wonderful with my daughter as I took a little me time to the spa. And by the way, the spa has a pamper package for kids and I enjoyed having a girly session with my daughter there. The cold towels with this amazing essence is out of this world! Finally, the gem of the resort are their people. Alex the GM was always around with a lovely smile to have a chat with the guests making sure their stay is comfortable. Nothing was too difficult. A special mention to Dana, the guest relations manager who was absolutely fantastic and the lovely staff at the lounge and restaurant - Dwi, Nanik, Luh Nik, Sutris, Benny and truly each and every person at the Trans. Full of charm, hospitality and kindness. I’m probably forgetting a few things, but overall we have had the best stay and looking forward to be back again. Words cannot express how fortunate my family and I to be back in this little piece of Paradise !! This is our 15th visit to Bali and second time at the Trans. This resort is blessed with the most exceptional staff; always so friendly and accommodating; however, special mention must go to Dana Reception and Reservations Manager, Agung our Butler and Adi who draws the teenagers , like the Pide Piper, to Water Volley Ball each day. All three gentlemen are very professional, generous in their willingness to assist and ensure we enjoy our stay. They are a genuine asset to this wonderful resort and are the reason we will continue to come back !! We’ve been fortunate to stay in the villas and Premier rooms ; whilst there are differences in the levels of accommodation , both are exquisitely appointed. Top notch toiletries , luxurious bath robes and slippers are provided and any requests are executed and delivered with minimal wait times. The resort is centrally located and in walking distance to fabulous restaurants (such as Mama San, Da Maria and Motel Mexicola) shopping stalls and malls and a short taxi ride to Canggu which is another popular and trendy precinct to visit . We have three nights left of our stay here at the Trans but are wishing we could stay longer but commitments back in Sydney Australia prevent this ; but WE WILL BE BACK !! It is so pleasing to see the resort bouncing back strongly after the misfortune of Covid. To the GM and all resort staff , keep up the amazing work -your efforts are not going unnoticed ! Spacious and clean... Really happy bringing my child here. Because they have beach pool, and many activities in the hotel. The room was spacious, there was bath tub and there was a jacuzzi in the balcony.. The breakfast food was ok, but in my arrival SADLY the cup and the plate was not polished well. The tea cup was stain by someone else lipstick... Gross right? Tell the waitress, say sorry. And change the cup. The next day, took pastry in the plate..and the plate was stained by someone else chocolate pasta. Tell the waiter and he said sorry be allcause it is full occupancy. Had 400 dining guest. My assumption is that the dish washer is doing the job but not clean enough, and in the polishing is not done properly. After all the room was very great..the staff were helpfull

Lovely family hotel with a great pool and great staff . Great place to stay with a family and very close to restaurants. Pool access rooms are excellent . Our 8 year old loves the kids club. Pool activities at 10am and 4pm . This is my third trip here and will come again . Haysam Mohtadi

Located on sunset road a short walk to many restaurants and shopping. The resort itself exceeded our expectations. Bed was really comfortable and rain head shower was a delight each day. The best hotel In Seminyak, the service levels is one of the best in Bali. The rooms are luxurious and comfortable, they even have a pillow menu to choose from. The breakfast has plenty of choices and caters to all cuisines. The roof top bar is great with plenty of choices at reasonable prices.

One of the best 5 star hotels I have ever stayed! Luxury, redefined! The quality of the bed and pillows (they have a pillow menu with half a dozen pillows :-)), the fixtures of the wardrobe, doors, bathroom... top class. jacuzzi in the balcony, artificial waterfall, next to your room, great swimming pool, restaurant, Gym, etc.
