Area 83 is an adventure resort. The activities are good and well managed by the instructors. Archery Tag photo shows the protection face but they did not provide any such thing. One of the participant hit by arrow on nose and she was injured and needed medical attention. I know it was an accident but safety measure can be taken by the Area 83. Swimming pool was big disappointing. They follow strict dress code of synthetic wear and compulsory shower before getting into pool. This policy is good. But swimming pool size for such big area and number of people visit is very small. It is just like a big sump in olden days house. Now a days apartments will have bigger swimming pool. This is adventurous area and have approximately 15×10 swimming pool is pretty disappointed. Depth is 5.5ft and its not comfortable for common man. I am a regular swimmer, but felt needed some rest for my feet but it is not possible due to depth. They should have kept it 4.5 ft depth and atleast double the size of present pool is required. Human foosball is lot of fun. Kayaking is another activity is serene one. Bubble soccer they need have bit cushion on straps like laptop bag to avoid injury to shoulder. Food was decent and variety is also good. High tea was also nice and tea was very good. Overall it is satisfactory.

We visited Area 83 yesterday with a group of 30 employees. All in all the experience was fun and the team had a good time. Some feedback would be that a lot of the equipment was broken or in a poor state. Soccer balls were flat and had no cover left on them. The Human Foosball is fun but the ball and the condition of the grips you hold onto was poor.
Same with the bubble football. The ball was flat and in poor condition. Disappointing considering the cost. The kayaks were lying around but many were not being used due to damage. If they are not fit for use, put them away and not on display.
For a very small investment of about 30,000 rupees the experience could be ten times better.

It's very crowded more than the capacity. The resort sales team may say that they can accommodate more than 800 but the reality can fit only less than 200 people.
The entire staffs from sales, reception and all the service team are irresponsible
We lost interest of playing games and the lunch was another disappointment.
It's not worth for money spending....

The place is huge, maintained well and accommodates crowd well. The activities are nicely facilitated by the staff and the workers there. Food quality was pretty good as well. Atmosphere in the resort was very pleasant and staffs were very cordial with all the guests. It definitely deserves 5/5.

We had taken a stay cum Team silver plus for 25th and 26th.
A quote was given by Ms Ashraf for Quad occupancy and during checkout there was a price hike was done and this was the core issue. When a Profoma Invoice is done and agreed, how can this not be honoured? We could not reason out and they have a call center with different people picking the call Tony, Radhika and at the resort Imran who says he does not know and will charge based on rack rate. Imran was discourteous and said - this is your story, I cannot accept. I retorted that it is a fact and not any story when a signed Profoma was given and we had made the Advance payment.
The activities were all crowded and we noticed there were 600 people and it was a rush up for the activities.
The tent is not a place o sleep for the night, there was a STENCH SMELL of a dead bird or animal.
The restaurant Non veg food was stale and rubbery, reheated food. For Dinner we were told for a la carte, select the food in Buffet. When we said NO and gave the order it came after lot of prodding. Make a check on the oder verification against KOT and the food received as there can be a random entry. They also say after 9 pm we cannot take order, you are at their mercy if you delay.
The only saving grace was the bell boy was courteous in taking the order and having a service orientation to the guest. That does not seem to be with the people selling. Is the management listening, have sent an email feedback. I hope someone responsible understands and does a spot check and calls me.
We left with a disappointed stay and un fulfilling experience.

Adventurist Me. Akash is excellent. Well one plan’s for outings they won’t carry food 🍱 but you should be knowing about food at Area83 was so nice

I visited the resort with my family for day outing on 12 Jan 2020. This is my genuine observation.
Cleanliness 5 🌟, very well maintained
Activities 5 🌟, keeps you occupied throughout.
Food 4 🌟, I found it good as the food quality was good for that price.
Service 2 🌟, I think the staff needs to be polite and welcoming towards guest who h I found rudeness.
Reason- My wife always prefers sugar less coffee, when she went to ask one to senior manager,instead of helping her get one he started explaining the coffee was ok according to him. And when I asked him to prepare one I am ok to pay. He started saying him such public gathering we need to adjust and complains me to speak properly. I want to escalate this to the management, guys such staff spoils your reputation, this totally changed my thoughts about your place.

My time with Area83 was simplt wonderful. Have been there twice and each time I came back with wonderfully different experiences. Lots of activities within the resort make it a perfect getaway from the crowd and traffic of Bangalore. Resort cottages were good. Food in the resort is just amazingly tasty. Me and my friends enjoyed the activities like sky swing, paint ball, kayaking which were fun and recommended.
The resort also has a great view of the lake where you can take a boat ride and enjoy the birds nearby.

Below average place. Extremely rude Supervisory staff. Don't care about customers or their needs especially one elder gentleman in their supervisory staff said .. please go ahead and give negative feedback to your company on just politely enquiring about a basic necessity. Shows their arrogance and callousness towards customer needs.
Extremely crowded even on working days and not even worth a single penny
Corporates should avoid this place(also families)as they have no respect towards customers.
There are many other options available in and around Bangalore for team building and other activities.

No they dont have rain dance floor
It's based which package you opt for it and also 18% of GST will adding to that
