Farmer's Son Resorts & Adventurous Sports is situated in a tiny hamlet of Gundan Bellur Village, Kittaganamane 5 kms off road to NH 75 ( Old NH 48 ) Sakleshpur.lt is about 35 kms from Hassan towards Mangalore & Dharmastala, I 5 kms from Sakleshpur, 190 kms from Bangalore and I35 kms from Mangalore. The connectivity is quite good as the roads are well made, so anythrill seekers cancheck out this fun filled resort.
It was a very good experience for us, staffs are humble and very friendly , rooms are well maintained, specially swimming pool is very good and clean. 1500 RS very budget friendly, we enjoyed a lot.
need to fix below concern : 1. Food is not good , we went outside hotel for 2 times food. 2. Power cut - daily 5-10 times power cut , generator also not working on time. 3. Swimming pool - Please include big swimming pool fees within 1500 RS entrance fees.

We group of family been to this place and enjoyed the place they have many activities and staff are very umble and cooperative. Food was delicious and place is also calm and inside coffee plantation. Swimming pool is very small but neatly maintained.neat bathrooms and cost is worth for every services

Good food nice people multiple activities to engage in stay.can visit the near by tourist places all are within 430 kms. If multiple day stay can try wwter games trekking cycle to river .evening snacks are best.,

We had taken the 2 bamboo cottages and it was not a good experience. An average stay. Pros - Water is changed after every family play in swimming pool and rain dance is exclusive for family, extremely important factors specially during pandemic times. Food is decent if u stay is for one day, if it’s beyond that u will see the exact replica of lunch n dinner. Games are good and reasonably priced. Decent options of activities to spend a day. Cons - Good for bachelors, if u r with family and specially with kids, ladies and old people, recommend to strongly avoid it unless u get an option to stay in pine wood cottages. The bamboo tree house as per website and Thrillophilia says private bathroom but no where mentions that it’s not attached and have to get down from your tree house and walk down to the bathroom n toilet. It’s a clear no from privacy standpoint. Cleanliness can be improved, saw cigarette bits in dining area. Bamboo trees are very small and congested and suffocating. Was awake whole night hitting mosquitoes, it’s not exaggerating but yes it’s fact. Asked for mosquito repellent which I never got. I booked this place looking at the reviews but was not a good option for me considering the above factors. Lot of scope for improvement.

Wort place ever. Please don't ever visit this place. I visited this place with my wife and nephew. Truely disappointment. Staff are not trained. They stand dumb and if we enquire anything the response is rude with angry face.
If they are not happy with their work then please fire them from work.
Cycle had no chains, tt board is broken, mini gold had tennis ball, carrom board is in worst shape. They had only two harnessess for rope activities and we have to wait for a long time.
Quad bikes are in worst condition and track to ride them are laughable.
Please wont waste money by entering this property.

Very sorry to hear that you have not enjoyed the activities with us.Firstly you have had claimed you are owner of a homestay and with that credit wanted free entry to property & want to pay only selected games, which we denied so you might felt bad and express the hatred with your bad review. We have never promised jetski with in property ,its a games we engage in DAM backwater ,guess you have not read the details shared before come to us.Even you never cross checked us and its clearly mentioned in watsup details shared. Our property is campsite not for those who want the luxury ambieance with budget tariff but we follow all cleanliness and hygiene.Let us know where did you find unclean and why not complaint to our staff at camp.if you have uncleaned property photos please share or upload in platform. However, we clearly indicate what we offer and what to expect in our Eco lodge and it is surprising to hear that you were not aware what you were getting into. Lastly you have had enough time and intelligence to return if not like the property as your team was direct walkin guests and nobody forced to pay us and engage in activities.Even you have not played ATV Dirt Bike other paid games ,which you have reviewed without a hesitation.All equipments we have multiple number and maintained well.But ofcourse not posh and five star property kind.Often guests confuse cleanliness and good quality to luxury and costly tariff. However we respect every visitor opnion and we try to make property best in coming days and even satisfy the most unhappy guests like your team.Thank you & may god bless you.

The staff at Farmer's Son Resort are incredibly friendly, and the food is excellent. They prepare whatever we order, and there are many activities to enjoy, including a cozy campfire. Overall, it’s a great place for a relaxing and fun stay!

This place is awesome. Food is good and tasty. Rooms are clean and resorts is well maintained. All staff are good and helping in nature. The vibes of resort nice. Very good place for children. It was a good place for family, I enjoyed so much.

We planned for trip with friends of 15 ppl and this is what we got. Frankly do not go on the pics. They have no proper maintenance, the food is worst with all flies as on the pics and if ask the concerned person they give a silly reason of Elephant has been dead in the forest and ts breeding season of the flies. Dirt bikes, ATV aren't maintained at all. They receive the amount before we even start anything. I really wonder how Trip Advisor has recommended such a pathetic place with a certificate. Flies are falling on the plates front of them and they just give reasons of replacing and giving the food, they are not even worried about consumer forum as they are used to it. Never ever try this place. It's just waste of money.

Dear Sir, Thank you for your review and we take this serious note and try to give best in coming days to our customers.We had a exceptional case of hundred of flies on particular day of your team were visited in our property. As some wild animal died in near by forest area and we promptly worked with local authority to bring this under control with spray and maintenance but it gone beyond our control on that date. We sorry your team holiday mood was spoiled by this flies and our staff promptly expressed there sorry for your bad day and try to arrange the food in separate place, but your team was not in mood to listen, I guess? .On activity part all our equipment are in working condition and we do maintain and assured to give all promised activities to clients.Your team never taken cycle tour but taking some photos with double cycles. Yes we agreed some cycles were in repair condition ( NOT ALL AS PER YOUR REVIEW FOR SURE ) as it resulted in wear and tear after client usage and we repair them regularly as we have onsite mechanic for both Cycles , ATV and Dirt Bikes. Since its isolated place some logistic challenges always there but inspite this we always managed to deliver our promise to our clients. Infact we send the entire activity list itenary and all property photos along with staying area prior to your bookings and we strictly adhere to our commitements. Yes we agree rooms are not like permanent structure and its all bamboo built and since its summer start month you may find it hot but we never promised any clients of AC But we are sure since rooms are bamboo built and in the shade of coconut trees it will be cool and neat .We assure to improve in coming days. Since its camp site concept we agree our ambiance may not be like star hotel but we follow most hygiene and neatness with apron and head and hand gloves all the time of food serving and close the lead when not in use. I WISH I COULD POST SOME OF THE CCTV IMAGES OF YOUR TEAM ENJOYING ATV , DIRT BIKE , WATER SLIDE , SUMO WRESTLING , TRAMPOLINE AND PAINTBALL.BUT SINCE WE RESPECT THE CLIENT PRIVACY WE NOT GOING TO INDULGE IN WAR OF WORDS AND WE DULY RESPECT YOUR REVIEW AND WE TRY TO IMPROVE IN COMING DAYS AND GIVE BEST TO OUR GUEST.
