Visited on Sunday but to mu surprise we got the worst without any proper taste for dinner ..it was not even hot.......on Monday also breakfast was of no quality...even there was on one to attend our group...
Sorina resort was recommended by many hence we friends planned a day trip. The contact person Sunita was extremely helpful and did all things right. However at the resort it was disappointing to see no proper management in the food court. The room given to is had no soap no water, pathetic bathroom even though we paid in full. A marriage party was also there and created a pathetic ruckus. Staff and others were very reluctant to help. The swimming pool was filled with thrash, and the resort looked more like a public property than a private resort. I will probably not visit this place again. And I strongly suggest the management make ammendments.
We had booked a resort considering there's no lockdown (at the time of booking) so that we can invite all of our friends and family but unfortunately due to lockdown we had to reduce the number of guests who can attend the wedding. Regardless of the number of ppl, the Sorina management team had coordinated and supported us at every step, such as police permission to complete the function within 2 hrs as per the government guidelines and followed all the rules and regulations issued by state and central government. Bungalows were awesome and clean with basic amenities. The staff was supportive. The best thing about Sorina resort is that many trees (including mango) give you fresh air and a relaxed feeling. FOOD: The best part about any function is the food which was tasty and awesome. They had suggested many new items which we liked.…
Great location and facilities for families to enjoy. 3 swimming pools, excellent food and grounds for families to play in help make the stay memorable. There are both rooms and bungalows available. It's located near the dam which has a great view.
The property is good with many facilities in place, but the service and attitude of the staff is not up to the mark. Our bedsheets were unclean when we checked in. Had to ask them for clean sheets and towels. The restaurant menu has good spread of items but couldn't taste any as we ordered a la carte and no one from the staff turned up in the restaurant for an hour not even to inform if our order is being prepared. We left the place without breakfast. When we asked at checkout if they accept reviews from the guests they said that we can put our reviews in suggestion box. Even our check out was not informed at the gate and the watchman treated us like thieves when we left. So basically we paid almost 6k for a night on weekend and ended feeling ignored and non worthy by the staff.
It's very difficult to find the main entrance of the hotel! and the roads here are worst. I reached hotel at around 11pm and there was no at the gate to assist. It's a big bungalow which has been converted into hotel. After checking in, there were no towels and when I requested them for towels he said they don't have enough of towels! How do you run a hotel, when u don't have sufficient amenities?? They don't give water bottles on complimentary basis! The bedding is not upto the mark. Also they don't give you the GST bill for the food. It's one of the pathetic stay. being from the same Industry, guest should always be feel welcomed!
Good place for a family weekend getaway. Lots of space for weddings, corporate functions etc. Has a small disco, multiple swimming pools, indoor games, adventure sports (for children). You can stay here in small cottages to 3BHK bungalows depending on your pocket affordability. Good veg food (including special Jain meals).
We had been to Sorina Hillside Resort on August 3rd 2019. It was a day visit with our family to celebrate my son's 13th birthday. Our experience was very nice, the food was good and appetising and quite filling. It was a buffet meal for lunch and refreshments for evening. We enjoyed the indoor activities like carrom, billards, foosball and golf. Also they had arranged for a rain dance which was too much fun. The rooms are well done and quite nice.
HI ALL, visited SORINA over 13-14 July Weekend.. I have mixed feedback about this resort. 1: Seems it is owned by JAIN/GUJJU/MARWADI so PURE VEG ONLY 2: FOOD QUALITY is OUTSTANDING.. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner MENU were different variations and varieties.. Children have good options too 3: we got TULIP ROOM but no ventilation, Poor Bath tub cleanup, No cleanup in room 4: RECETION GUY - KAILAS is pathetic with his hospitality management.. Failed to provide simple services like giving WATER BOTTLES , Towels, Warm Water etc... 5: Towels given to us were pathetic.. All white color towels were dirty, Brown color Towels were new enough but smelling badly 6: Good to see four SWIMMING TANKS so crowd gets divided easily.. Good Indore games.. Didn't see adventure games but advertised a lot So expectations did not meet .. 7: As I said earlier, resort seems owned by Jain/Gujju/Marwadi - Bulk of crowed around us from that community either or... So unfortunately it was donated by such crowed while using any common amenities so had lot of mouth shouts on few people.. Unfortunately, No rules, regulations were followed by that specific crowed so it was too noisy felt so ZERO MARKS.. i know resort can't control on Bulk booking of Such community people but they should enforce that rules are equal to each GUEST which was not the case. 8: Lot of food wasted by these bulk crowed, lot of dirtiness created by these bulk crowd at each amenity like swimming g tank, banquet hall, Indoor games 9: Reception has no answer on above points and careless…
