Visiting family on the island, they put me up here, fantastic! Beautiful garden / pool, modern looking rooms, nice owners (older husband/wife). A bit far from the beach (right next to the sea but no beach here) . I’ll be coming back next year!

These villas are run by a very friendly family, which welcome you with all their hearts. We loved the location as it was close to beaches, taverns and the shops if you needed anything. It's about 20 min out of the main city which is great cause if you want to feel the village life this is definitely a must.

Villa raisin was real home for me as I stayed there for more than a month alone and my family joined me for another home, it's the perfect size for a hotel for me, with the family warmth and care I want, Sofia is a nice and smart girl and Ariadni the mom was a very nice and loving person I'll definitely go back

This family run hotel is modernised and reburshed to a quaint style that both suits and impresses. It's location is on Gera Bay, 10 min drive to the capital, overlooking the bay with stunning views, there's a few little shops, bar restaurants about 100m up the road serving great food and great value. There are small and relaxing beach bars either side on the coast. We picked this because it's 50m down the road from my Aunt's house and wanted to be close to family. This gem of a hotel has large well maintained grounds and the pool was large and inviting, there's also recreational and meals area so perfect for families. Our room was simply delightful, once we got over carrying our luggage up a couple of flights of narrow stairs, we were amazed at the room with good size balcony and of course that view of the Bay. It was a converted attic style room with modern bathroom and kitchenette not overly spacious but still roomy, we gasped with surprise and delight, we loved it! The family owners are very friendly and helpful, we definitely recommend this hotel for relaxing out of the way location but still accessible to everything, Lesvos is a large island so a car is a must to get around. There was parking too so no problems leaving the car.

Spacious fully furnished appartments with indoor sleeping area on the first floor. The television is only in the sleeping area. There are also less spacious rooms. The breakfast is simple yet nutritious with fresh fruits. The daily cleaning is thorough and effective. WiFi signal sometimes fades. Incidental power failures occur. For young children there are some toys in the garden. Well stocked supermarkets not quite close. The main place Mytilini is 20 minutes away by car. It is possible to take a refreshing swim in the opposite bay. A plus is that it is run by a friendly family (with hungry cats).

The hotel is bot far away from Mytilene but in quite location overlooking sea. The rooms are great and family managed hotel. Clean rooms and friendly staff. There are few great sea food restaurants in close proximity.
