I am writing this review in 2 a.m We are traveling with family of 9, and we can’t sleep because there is wedding with loud disco music and hotel management doesn’t react at all. It is really loud!!!!!We have booked 5 rooms and such attitude with no reaction is not acceptable for 5 star hotel. We have been calling to reception directly as well as our agency. No reaction at alll!!!!

It is unfortunate that you had a bad experince and thus not fully enjoy your stay whilst being at the lodge. For the benefit of our readers, I feel it is important to elaborate on the situation; Our Reservations team informed your agent in advance about the wedding that was due to take place at the lodge and had offered our sister property as an alternative but that had been declined. Upon arrival, I informed you and the rest of your family about the event and an alternative would be made for your dinner as the restaurant would not be available. All of your rooms were allocated away from the noise, however you insisted to be realocated so as to add some distance between the family. Upon your complaint about the music, we requested the wedding group, and the music was lowered. But it was not low enough for you. On this note, Guests in the other 2 rooms had no complaints regarding the music level. Had you chose to stay in the room allocated then there would not have been any challenges regarding the music levels. We apologize for the inconvenience caused. We look forward to the pleasure of welcoming you soon back to Ngorongoro Oldeani Mountain Lodge and make your next visit a more exceptional one. Kind regards, Lodge Manager

Nestled in the foothills near Ngorongoro lies a magical oasis. The vibrant, ubiquitous flora compliments the rustic yet contemporary lodge and dwellings. Though we did not enter, the pool was alluring. Antony catered to our every need. We wish we would’ve spent more time there and can’t wait to go back!

I don't know actually from where to start I went to Arusha and to see the Safar I spent two days in two different lodges. On the final day we have decided to book at WellWorth oldeani lodge. I could say its a small spot from the paradaise, the interior of the rooms is beautiful it's something unique you don't see Everytime and day. People are lovely, friendly and nice. They always smile and treats you in a good way. I have travelled to this place during covid-19 their welcoming wqa fantastic they were wearing a mask during the whole journey they have hygiene and masks for the customers. The grounds here are so beautiful. Over 27 types of Acacia trees so beautiful birds throughout the resort. Even the opportunity to plant a tree and have a plaque next to it. Another stunning WellWorth Property. Incredible grounds. Luxurious lodging, Superior Staff, and the Dining is another Great Experience.
