Beautifully located place amidst nature, a perfect weekend get away but the mismanagement of the resort has ruined up everything.I am sharing a few point wise experiences below. 1. Our calls were disconnected when we called for direction on the day of check in. 2.The rooms we not at all ready when we reached the place around 1pm , while checkin time is 12pm . 3.No soaps / hand wash in the bathroom even after several reminders 4. No electric kettle 5. The geyser was out of order 6.The staff members were not approachable, there were only three blankets for 5 people and upon requesting for more they provided just one. 7.Rooms are dingy and not properly maintained 8.The bathroom taps drips all day Apart from these, everything's great 👍

Relling Rangit River Resort Ambience - 4/5 Hospitality - 3/5 Service - 3. 5/5 Cleanliness - 3.5/5 Food - 3/5 Value for money - 3/5 Sleep quality - 3.5/5 Facilities provided - 3/5 Senior citizens ease and accessibility - 3/5 Outdoor pool for all ℝ𝕖𝕝𝕝𝕚𝕟𝕘 ℝ𝕒𝕟𝕘𝕚𝕥 ℝ𝕚𝕧𝕖𝕣 ℝ𝕖𝕤𝕠𝕣𝕥, 𝔹𝕚𝕛𝕒𝕟𝕓𝕒𝕣𝕚 পাহাড়ি নদীর জলে পা ডুবিয়ে বসে থাকতে, ছবি তুলতে, কার না ভালো লাগে... আর তার ওপরে নদীটা যদি জাস্ট হোটেলের পাশ দিয়ে যায়.. যখন তখন ইচ্ছা হলেই নদী টাকে ছোঁয়া যায়, পা ডুবিয়ে বসা যায়.. টোয়েন্টিফোর ইনটু সেভেন নদীর গান শোনা যায়.. তাহলে তো কথাই নেই। ঠিক এমনই একটা জায়গা আমাদের উত্তরবঙ্গের বিজন বাড়িতে ℝ𝕖𝕝𝕝𝕚𝕟𝕘 ℝ𝕒𝕟𝕘𝕚𝕥 ℝ𝕚𝕧𝕖𝕣 ℝ𝕖𝕤𝕠𝕣𝕥, 𝔹𝕚𝕛𝕒𝕟𝕓𝕒𝕣𝕚. এখানে আসার রাস্তা টা ভয়ানক রকমের খারাপ। এক সপ্তাহ আগে আমরা যখন ঘুরে এলাম তখন গাড়ি করে আসতে আসতে একেবারে অবস্থা খারাপ হয়ে যাবার জোগাড়। কিন্তু ভালো কিছু জায়গায় যেতে গেলে খারাপ কিছু পথ অতিক্রম করতেই হবে.. তাই রিসোর্টে গিয়ে আর সেই জিনিসের দুঃখ কিছু মনেই থাকে না। এখন lock down এর পর রিসোর্টের মেনটেনেন্স অনেকটাই কম, বাগান গুলো, ফুলগুলো এখন আর ছবির মত নেই। মাঝের পুকুর টাও নোংরা হয়ে গেছে। এদের খুব বেশি রুম না থাকলেও যারা একটু বয়স্ক তাদের উচিত হবে ডাইনিং এর কাছাকাছি যে রুম গুলো আছে সেগুলো নেওয়ার। মধ্যে একটা বাঁধানো পুকুর আছে তার ওপরে একটা সাঁকো আছে... সেই সাঁকো দিয়ে পেরিয়ে গেলে এদের চারটে নদীর পাশে রুম আছে। সেইগুলো যাওয়া একটু অসুবিধাজনক যদি হাঁটুর অসুবিধা এবং বয়স্ক মানুষ হন। প্রকৃতিকে প্রকৃতির মত রাখার জন্য রুমগুলোর আশেপাশে প্রচুর পাথর মাথা উঁচিয়ে আছে তাই জন্য মাঝেমধ্যেই উঠতে হয় মাঝেমধ্যে নামতে হয়। রুমগুলোর মধ্যে নতুন রুমগুলো যথেষ্ট ভালো, কিন্তু যে দুটো পুরনো রুম আছে সেগুলো অতটা চকচকে নয়, বাথরুম গুলো নিচের দিকে নামতে হয়, বাথরুম ফিটিংস গুলো সবগুলো কাজ করে না। একটা রুমে গিজার নাই। বিছানা চাদর এবং রুমের আশপাশে মেইনটেনেন্স এর অভাব খারাপভাবে চোখে পড়ে। রুম সার্ভিস স্লো হলেও ডাকলে সাড়া দেয়। খাবার জায়গাটা বেশ বড়। এদের নিজস্ব একটা সুইমিংপুল আছে.. যেটা মেন প্রপার্টি থেকে হাঁটা পথে 10 মিনিট। হোটেল এর জন্য সেটা ফ্রি হলেও যে কেউ 100 টাকার বিনিময়ে সেই পুল উপভোগ করতে পারে। পুল জায়গাটাও খুব সুন্দর, দুটো পাহাড়.. পাশ দিয়ে নদী.. তার পাশেই পুল। সঙ্গে একটা kids পুল ও আছে। এই সময়ে আমরা সবাই একসাথে স্নান করার রিস্ক নেইনি। এদের মেন অ্যাট্রাকশন, যার জন্য সবাই এখানে যায় সেটা হচ্ছে রঙ্গীত নদী... এই নদীর উপভোগ এই রিসোর্ট ছাড়া অন্য কোনও রিসোর্ট থেকেই এত ভাল করা যায় না। খাবার-দাবারের মান খুব একটা ভালো নয়, পরিমানও অনেকটাই কম দেয় কিন্তু যেহেতু উপরের দিকেই বিজন বাড়ি শহর.. তাই সব রকমের জিনিসপত্র এদের কাছে পাওয়া যায়। তাই কেউ যদি নিয়ে আসতে ভুলেও যায় একটু আগে থেকে বলে রাখলে ওরাই সব কিছু এরেঞ্জ করে দেয়। ওয়েদার যদি ভাল থাকে কিংবা যদি বৃষ্টি হয় দুটোতেই নদীর পাশে বসে থাকার মজাই হল আলাদা। এদের তিনটে রুম প্র্যাকটিক্যালি নদীর ধারে বারান্দা গুলো নদীর পাশেই। আরেকটা বড় রুম সেটা কিন্তু একদম নদীর পাশে হলেও তার কিন্তু বারান্দা নেই ।সামান্য একটু এগিয়ে গিয়ে একটা জায়গা আছে, বারান্দার মতো সেখানে বসা এবং খাওয়া যায়। মশা এবং পোকার উপদ্রব ভালো রকম ভাবেই আছে। বর্ষাকালে নদীতে ভালো রকম জল থাকে তাই টান ও ভালো থাকে.. সাবধানে পাথরের উপর বসা উচিত। রিসোর্টের যে কোন জায়গা থেকেই নদীতে নামার সুবিধা আছে। নদীর সাথে, নদীকে ভালোবেসে দু দিন কাটাতে চাইলে এইটা আদর্শ জায়গা। Ambience - 4/5 Hospitality - 3/5 Service - 3. 5/5 Cleanliness - 3.5/5 Food - 3/5 Value for money - 3/5 Sleep quality - 3.5/5 Facilities provided - 3/5 Senior citizens friendly - 3/5 Fooding and Lodging - ₹ 1750 / person / Day (Kid - 600/day) Innova - Ayan 90643 92942 আমি বুক করার জন্য বলেছিলাম > Subhajit Bhattacharya - 90071 12243 Who doesn't like to sit with their feet submerged in the water of a mountain river, to take pictures on it and if the river just passes by the hotel on top of it .. whenever they want, they can touch the river, their feet can be submerged .. Twenty Four Into Seven River Song can be heard .. thats the X factor. Such a place is in our North Bengal.. ℝ𝕖𝕝𝕝𝕚𝕟𝕘 ℝ𝕒𝕟𝕘𝕚𝕥 ℝ𝕚𝕧𝕖𝕣 ℝ𝕖𝕤𝕠𝕣𝕥,. The road to get here is terribly bad. When we turned around a week ago, the situation was getting worse. But if you want to go to a good place, you have to cross some bad path .. so when you go to the resort, you don't remember the sadness of that thing. Now after the lock down, the maintenance of the resort is much less, the gardens, the flowers are no longer like the picture. The middle pond has also become dirty. Although they do not have many rooms, those who are a little older should take the rooms that are near the dining room. There is a paved pond in the middle and there is a bridge over it ... When you cross that bridge, they have four rooms by the river. Those are a little inconvenient to go to if you have knee problems and older people. There are a lot of stone heads around the rooms to keep the nature like nature so you have to get up and go down from time to time. The new rooms in the rooms are good enough, but the two old rooms are not so shiny, the bathrooms have to go downstairs, the bathroom fittings don't work at all. There is no geyser in a room. The lack of bed sheets and maintenance around the room is badly noticeable. Room service is slow but responds to calls. The dining area is quite large. They have their own swimming pool .. which is a 10 minute walk from the main property. It is free for the hotel but anyone can enjoy the pool for 100 rupees. The pool place is also very beautiful, two hills .. river next to it .. pool next to it. There is also a kids pool. At this time we all did not take the risk of bathing together. Their main attraction, which is why everyone goes here is the colorful Rangit river ... The enjoyment of this river cannot be done so well from any other resort except this one. The quality of food is not very good, the quantity is much less but since Bijan Bari town is at the top .. so all kinds of things are available to them. So even if someone forgets to bring it, if you say it a little in advance, they will arrange everything. The fun of sitting by the river is different if the weather is good or if it is raining. Their three rooms balconies are practically along the river. Another large room, but it is right next to the river, but it does not have a balcony. Mosquito and insect are there. place is good but 1800 to 2000 is too much high, service not good, food qualities average. Not recommended. Don't waste your money as we did. Find other homesteads, which are more friendly, this reli rangeet guys are too much casual about their guests
