The Penida Project is a hostel with a full service bar and restaurant which is open seven days a week from 7am-11pm (except Wednesdays and Saturdays which open until 1am). We also have a pool, games area, pool table, basketball court and daily events and activities. Our space is open for people staying outside of the project as well so feel free to come and enjoy our delicious food and beverage offerings as well as events.
One of. If not, the best back packer resort on the island of not all of Indonesia. So nice to come back from a day touring the island to the tranquility of the resort.
Get a lovely welcome back from the hosts who remember your name, score an ice cold beer or whatever your preferred drink is and settle in for the rest of the day. Have a swim, chat to the other guests, eat great food and chill out.
The food is so good as it is mostly western food that caters to it clients that come in. The cocktails are so good and the prices for both are under what you pay for elsewhere.
The beds are extremely comfortable and you have the added privacy of your own pod complete with USB charger and reading light.
Very hard to go past at the low nightly rate they charge.
A very special place to spend some time in.

Penida Project have done an insane job setting up this new jungle retreat, aesthetically very beautiful and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Great base to enjoy whilst exploring the rest of the island. Definitely coming back here next time I am on Nusa Penida. Big shout out to Josh for being the best host

The service, facilities and dorms can’t be faulted.
The pizzas are out of this world - Italian quality. The pool is perfect for lounging and the daily activities are a great way for people to meet one and other!

Insane hostel, so modern and updated. Staff are legends and always happy to help. A nice mix of evening activities too. Highly recommend. Beds are huge and comfortable, small booth so quite private considering you’re in a dorm

I stayed at this hostel less than a week on our trip around Bali and it quickly became my favorite in this trip. The facilities were of course really good but what set it apart was the amazing staff and other travelers that made you feel so welcome
