Excellent location. Excellent room facilities (AC, boiler, comfy bed x2, outdoors undercover toilet, and shower) Very helpful staff.
I loved staying here, it's super clean and the location is great. Both the host, his wife, and their baby are kind smiling souls, they will take care of you and make sure you are comfortable and safe, the breakfast is excellent too!

We stayed here for one night after touring around Nusa Penida for the day.
We were greeted with a big smile and a cold glass of iced tea, before being shown around our bungalow. The bungalows are very new and kept nice and clean, the air conditioning is brand new and cooled the room in no time.
The bungalows all have super king beds which are a dream and gave us the best nights sleep we’ve had so far whilst travelling Bali. The pool is great for a nice dip to cool down.
There are some great bars and restaurants a short walk down the road that are fantastic for watching sunset.
I’d recommend the banana pancakes for breakfast, they’re super delicious and nice and fluffy.
Currently they only have 4 bungalows and are building another 6, the construction workers don’t start until at least 8am and are pretty quiet.
Overall, the hotel was fantastic and is only getting better.

Das Own Penida war unsere erste Anlaufstelle nachdem wir zuvor in einer schrecklichen Unterkunft waren. Wir wurden spät am Abend noch sehr herzlich empfangen und wir konnten uns umgehend ein Zimmer anschauen. Wir waren sofort von der Unterkunft überzeugt und entschieden uns hier die letzten Tage unserer Reise zu verbringen. Das Zimmer und die Raumausstattung ist neu, groß und sehr modern. Das Badezimmer war sehr sauber und das Wasser war immer warm. Das Frühstück war sehr,sehr lecker (das leckerste Rührei und Toast was ich auf meiner ganzen Reise gegessen habe). Es gab zu jedem Frühstück Kaffee und frisch gepressten Saft. An frischem Trinkwasser konnte man sich jederzeit an der Theke bedienen. Die Gastgeber haben uns einen Roller organisiert und unsere Wäsche zur Reinigung gebracht, was alles äußerst Problemlos ablief. Der Gastgeber hat uns viel über die Kultur und Tradition der Balinesen erzählt. An einem Abend waren sie so nett und haben uns einen traditionellen Sarong ausgeliehen, So konnten wir an einer traditionellen Zeremonie im Ort teilnehmen. Wir legen diese Unterkunft JEDEM ans Herz. Wir wünschen der Familie von Herzen alles, alles Gute.
