Right on the beach. Would have given a 5 stars but check in was a bit confusing, it seemed like they were not prepared or aware of reservations on Booking.com (Maybe due to pandemic low of staffs). We said that we would like to have breakfast, as said on the website ( add 50K per person, which was fine) though it looked like the staff was the one confused but went with it, only to be asked 2 more times with different staffs that were about to change shift and said we will give the money back because their resto was close. But then later on another one came and asked if we would like to have breakfast. We booked the villa which was awesome, clean. Smart tv didnt have a good connection but they fixed it. We did have to ask for a normal towel since there were two towels that were set up on our bed but turned out it was a actually a towel for the floor ( based on size standard and the stain on it?? ).
If you would be more prepared and profesional, it would be nice. But other than that, we didnt complain since we just wanted to enjoy our stay.
They have snorkeling gear for free. Toilet amenities only body wash and shampoo.

Rooms were comfortable and clean We are staying one night here and very enjoying Wake up early for sunrise and viewing volcano in front of the hotel. At night, we can have a couple of drinks next to the hotel. Only bath towels have bad smells. We didn't use it

Location was great, rooms are clean but noisy from other guests. We stayed in the downstairs terrace room, could hear nearly everything that was being said from our neighbours! But it’s worth it as you’re literally on the beach. Pretty basic amenities but pretty much all you need.

We checked in in the afternoon, and when we came back at night there was no hot water. Next morning when we woke up there is no water at all....reception told me that it is like this for few days already, and we need to wit for one hour for the cold water to arrive...really???
Beach in front is full of trash, not possible to swim, internet doesnt work, there is no even toilet paper, breakfast is bad- kitchen doesnt work either so they just buy it and the nearest warung, there is no coffee too.
Oh, and the staff woke us up at 7 am by banging on our door for 10 minutes until we woke up, got dressed and opened. This is to let us know that breakfast is ready, Clearly they didnt care that there is not even water in the hotel to wash your face or brush your teeth.
Lovely stay, book this hotel if you dont like to shower.

My husband and I stayed at triangle cabin with the sea view here for one night during our honeymoon. We loved this place! The cabin is super cozy, you can hear the sounds of waves during the night, it’s very romantic experience. The view from the cabin is absolutely magnificent!

Amazing place! Wake up right on the beach! Can borrow snorkeling mask for free. Super friendly staff that helped us with a tour of the island and served good breakfast at the room. Would absolutely recomend this place!! Loved it!!

Clean, good staff, manager gede ( de gus is a good guy, humble, cool, and sweet). He and all staff give us good service, event at night. We love sun sun. See u soon gede. Its a good experience and beach front hotel, you can go to the beach, with white sand.

The location is not far to the harbor and the price was cheaper for a waterfront than other accommodations in the area. We walked to the harbor along the shore in about 20-30 minutes at a leisurely pace. The best part of the stay was the view from the balcony. We had a great view of the shore and when the clouds parted, the volcano. Taxis drive by if you walk a few properties down and offer to drive you. There is not a store or mini mart close to the property so you will want to bring any snacks or extra drinks with you. There is a mini fridge and kettle. (Mambo down the street had a cafe with a great breakfast and the same views as this property). The property seems to have built new in an up and coming area. Some buildings near it are under renovation. It looks pretty trashy from the street (and if you brought rolling suitcases will have to roll them through trash and the renovation), but inside the room was clean and the shower was pleasant. There are not many amenities for the property itself and the staff was either new or ill trained. If you are only staying a night or 2 while touring the island this would probably meet your needs. If you are planning to hang out and stay on property longer I would recommend paying more for another. Not bad but I would send friends and family elsewhere.

great location right on beautiful beach great beach to walk along and you swim and snorkel we had room bottom room was nice but room above you could here everything choose one of their bungalows.breakfast was by order simple but good.

We are staying for two night at this hotel and booked standard rooms,in the first nite we have plumbing issues, and they upgrade us with free of charge to triangle room thank you so much... ❤️ we love the rooms they provide hairdryer, coffee and tea, minibar, hot water, televisions, save deposit box,toiletries the check in process was smooth we can have early check in at 10:00 am 🙏,all rooms facing directly to the Ocean you can swimming and there is beautiful a view of mount gede as well , special thanks to Gede I forgot my dress,he bring my dress from nusa penida to my office at kuta, bali free of charge and Andi the man from reception 🛎 who patiently help us when we must move room in the night over all thank you for all effort for creating service excellent we definitely will comeback and recommend this hotel 🏨
