Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travellers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
We really enjoyed our stay at Teba, probably our favourite stay of the whole holiday. The staff are amazing, great food, great pool, nice clean room each day and the view of Mt Agung is insane. You need a scooter to get here but that’s the same for everywhere on the island. From what I understand this place is fairly new so don’t let the lack of reviews put you off. 100% recommended!

This place is located far from the main road up on a hill, but as you will probably hire a scooter on Penida anyway, it should not be a problem. It offers quiet and covenient room with A VIEW on Agung which is definitely worth it. Big bed, clean sheets and new towels. Working AC and wi-fi. Tea-making set in the room available, Clean floors, walls and bathroom. Parking area for scooters. Small breakfast included in the room rent. We really reccomend Teba. Should have stayed longer!

Everything went smoothly from check in till the end of our great 3 nights on Nusa Penida. Stuff very friendly and easy-going. You could rent a scooter as well for 75k but they are a bit tired. Room was nice and clean, water pressure good enough, AC worked pretty well. Only one thing - WiFi doesn't work good.

We enjoyed our time in this small hotel on the top of Nusa Penida with an amazing view over Bali. The room was big, clean, cozy and the bed was really fantastic. The whole place was very quiet and you were able to sleep like a stone - really liked it! Renting a scooter was really easy. The restaurants are a bit far from the hotel, but you can go there easily by taxi or scooter in 5 - 10 minutes. We can recommend the Penida Colada restaurant directly at the beach.The staff from the hotel was friendly and was trying to help us all the time. Breakfast was fresh served in the morning times, like everywhere you can choose between different kind of eggs or pancakes with a fruit platter. The only thing they could do better in the future is to learn English a bit more, cause sometimes there were missunderstandings, but no worries, that can happen :) Just a tip for the crew. We really enjoyed our time here and can recommend this place.

Arrival We got to Teba Garden Hill and were immediately greeted by Wayan. He was extremely helpful and friendly and showed us to our room and explained everything.
Room The rooms were nicely sized not overly large but not cramped either. Working AC unit. The bathroom is a bit odd as the bathroom and shower share the same floor along with the sink. This didn't turn out to be a problem at all.
The Staff Puspa, Novi and Kariasih were all very friendly and helpful with anything we needed.
Grounds Pool was great and needed after a hot humid day of hiking.
The View I'm not sure the view can be beat. Absolutely stunning view of Mount Agung.
For the price this place is second to none with beautiful staff, beautiful views and a beautiful area. Strongly recommend visiting before Nusa Penida becomes the next Waikiki as construction is everywhere on the island.

First of all the bed was amazing! Everything is wery clean and the garden is so lovely. If you wanna experience the loveliness of a village in the hill this is the place. The staff are very kind and always in a funky good mood. Wake up early to enjoy the sunrise by the pool. Jasmina & Andraz
