Horrible place need to be shut down. The front desk staff are rude asf and cocked an attitude when I wanted to check out early. Tried to charge me extra for my kids. I work at a hotel and we charge for the room which is how it’s done WORLD WIDE. My kids are 10 and 11. It’s really not worth the money. Drive up the road a little more for better hotels.

Staff not friendly, room hadn’t been cleaned (toothpaste spit in the sink ,also someone’s used soap in bathroom, and their trash) would never stay again ...also If you stay take photos of everything because they accuse you of things and try to take money. But please don’t stay it’s a nasty hotel and there is better in Syracuse ny... not worth the trouble just to be close to the airport ...take a Uber (pretty cheap) from a better hotel.

We had a decent experience here. The clerk was helpful in arranging us an early morning ride to the airport. The price was good. The room was clean, but it had a strong smell of deodorizer and it showed some signs of age: peeling wallpaper, carpeting on the old side. I would not want to stay here long, but for a short stopover, it was acceptable.

The staff here were all nice and very friendly. We had not trouble having food delivered here. The only problem was that it was REALLY close to the airport, so the noise from the planes was hard to ignore. Also, a bar across the road had some sort of show going on so if we stepped outside we were bombarded by music from a mediocre cover band. But for what we needed (one night's rest) it worked well for us.

This is a reliable place for our yearly stop on the way back to Canada from Florida Nothing fancy but rooms are clean. Fridge and microwave. Many restaurants at short distance. Good value. Applebee's restaurant at a short distance.

Caught in a snowstorm on a bitterly cold night en-route from the DC area to Ottawa, we got off the highway and looked for the closest place we could find. The large room was 54F when we checked in, and after one hour of "full" heat it reached 58F, both readings courtesy of the staff member's digital thermometer. I was assured that the heater was operating at maximum capacity, and was even shown another room where the heater was running at a similar temperature. The heaters seem to be deliberately limited, as the thermostat setting had no effect on the heat produced. We slept in pyjamas and fleeces, wearing socks and slippers, under the extra blankets that the staff member brought for us. I hate to write such a negative review, but it was quite an unpleasant experience. The management really need to reconsider their heating policy, or whether to stay open in the winter. It goes without saying that I will never stay at the Red Carpet Inn again.

Cheap hotel at a good price. The device is a bit older, but everything is working. Everything clean. Airplane operation is not so great. There was a lot of disinfection in the room. The carpet in the room could be replaced. Some restriction on the wi-fi, not all services worked.

I was very pleasantly surprised with this hotel. While I hesitate normally stay at Red carpet Inns, The current reviews were promising so I took a chance. I am glad I did. What I found was much larger than normal rooms, very clean and well kept at a great price. The check in and check out was easy and the clerks were very friendly and helpful. It was right off I95 and even offered longer term parking and shuttle service to the airport. The only bad thing I could find was the lack of coffee makers in the rooms. They did offer coffee in the lobby after 6:30AM, however there was also no breakfast. Personally, I think the great price made up for the lack of breakfast. I would not hestitate to stay here again and certainly intend to. Bonus points go to wii fii that actually works. I have found lately that is not the case in many hotels I have stayed at.
