This is the second time we have booked with villa plus in the last 3 years. We visited coral bay a couple of years ago however our villa was a little further out than we had liked so this time booked Nerine which is closer to coral bay bars and restaurants. The villa itself is fairly clean And comfortable. It has 2 bedrooms one with twin beds and one upstairs with double bed and nice Balcony. Bedding is old fashioned blanket type and hard beds and pillows! The balcony door on upper bedroom didn’t lock and bathroom window is in desperate need of repair. Kitchen area has all the equipment including washing machine and cooking pots etc. Outside you have a very small but functional bbq with 4 chairs and a table. Pool is nice however when we arrived it was dirty and only cleaned 4 days later. As other reviews have said it is overlooked however was fairly quiet when we visited so not really a problem. If you are looking for a villa close to everything and functional then it’s ok

Went here for a get away with oldest son, partner and 5 grandchildren- had both villas - and 2 small cars- worked very well- strip/buses a short walk- although on a hill but 2 min from one of the beaches, beach a bit further along is nicer...excellent facilities in the villa-out side BBQ most nights- Kids loved the pool- spent a couple nights home alone, and it felt very relaxed, could hear Elvis in the distance, - my kettle broke and rang villa plus and it was replaced with in 2 hours- Loved everything about the villa- well kept gardens and book of instructions were easy to follow!. I would go again but i will move on and see other places hopefully with villa plus as you know you getting a good tidy villa!. My only gripe was beds are very hard!.

First time we have been on a villa holiday and currently staying at the lovely Villa Nerine with our two friends .. just lovely and really couldnt fault anything . The instructions on how to use the keysafe etc were really helpful and the villa spotless .. pool and sunbeds amazing and kitchen has everything we need . Location is perfect ..peace and quiet but just a short walk from Philippo hypermarket and the main strip of lovely Coral Bay . Villa Plus team very helpful .. one of our outside lights was not working and after a call maintenance arrived within half an hour. Certainly return here

For the last few holidays at all inclusive hotels, we wanted something different. So went for a villa, and was pleased we did. This is a lovely place to stay, very well laid out, the lady who owns it was very helpful and made us feel welcome. You are only a short walk to the strip with a huge choice of restaurants, a fantastic supermarket where you can get everything for the stay. The bus service to Paphos is superb, you do not need a car. On the downside it is overlooked by the other villas, and a small block of flats. After Having a 4 hour flight and a hoppa ride (about £50 with return) a few bottles of cold water in the fridge would of been appreciated.

Coral Sunset Villas (managed by the excellent Villa Plus) - We loved two-bed detached Villa Nerine - a perfect Cyprus getaway, tucked away in a quiet short no-through road (comprising only Villas Nerine, Ondine and a private villa) - yet just eight minutes walk to the 'Strip' and five minutes to the very well-stocked & full-sized Philippos supermarket. The plot is fairly private, with a high hedge shielding the average-sized pool, and decent patio & lawn area - complete with four clean loungers & chairs, table & two parasols. Disruption from noise around is minimal - as you'd expect where there there are other properties nearby. Everything is clean (a must!), and finished to a good standard (bathrooms are very modern and tasteful - more hotel-like, rather than 'typical' Mediterranean. There is a flat-screen TV, satellite, and stereo in the comfy lounge/diner - but we didn't try any of them. The kitchen is well-stocked with every appliance you'll find in most domestic kitchens (including two all-important ice trays in the full-sized fridge/freezer!). One thing for Villa Plus : The kettle leaks badly if you pour it quickly (my wife was scolded) - so it does need replacing with a much better one. Air con is in the two bedrooms only (a huge relief to go back to, after baking in the 30+ July heat!); downstairs the unit is reserved for heat only (cooler months). The towels are super-soft, and reasonable quality (not that big, though); the maid provided a spare set and offered to clean (we declined) after three days. The twin bedroom is adequate for two, with French doors opening onto a raised terrace overlooking the pool. The main bedroom on the upper floor contains a 'proper' double bed, with a mattress topper. Comfy enough, but being six foot, it's not big enough (king or super king would be ideal) - so not the best nights' sleep! Whilst both bedrooms are tastefully decorated, they are a little stark, and there is something lacking (like pictures and more colour), in order to make them feel more cosy; both also need a chair; a bed, drawers & fitted wardrobes (complete with hangers) just doesn't feel homely. The plastic-lined pool could have been finished better; rough cement under the rim punctured two of the complimentary lilos, and the wrong blue paint was used - meaning it hadn't set properly, and transferred itself to body, towels & lilos! Not a big deal though. Otherwise, the pool was perfect - capable of taking four (there were just two of us), and just about big enough for some kind of swimming. Although 'welcome packs' are extra cost, I would expect the basics like washing-up liquid, dish sponge & dishwasher tablets to be supplied. Thankfully the excellent supermarket is a short walk away - but it is annoying paying €7 for something you have to leave the bulk of behind! The aftermath of the financial crisis is still prevalent - a number of derelict half-finished developments, and empty wasteland do, bizarrely, mean that you can enjoy amazing sunsets over unspoilt ground from the bathroom window! We ate in most nights, as the 'Strip' contained the usual Brit-abroad food & entertainment - mediocre at best - and no true Cypriot restaurants offering fresh local delicacies (at least not that we could see) - but I guess you'd need to go inland or to small settlements for these. For a much nicer (and peaceful) experience, take the 20-minute walk to Coral Beach Hotel (we stayed here a few years ago, and loved it), and watch the stunning sunsets from the 'harbour', and enjoy waiter-served cocktails on one of the delightful terraces. We ate once at the outdoor restaurant adjacent to Sentido Thalassa Hotel - our meals were fantastic & unexpected fine dining - without feeling pompous (nice shorts & collared short-sleeve shirt were acceptable). Great price too - €105 for three delicious courses and a bottle of lovely rosé! We didn't venture than Coral Beach Hotel or past the Strip - so can't opine on anything other than written here. Overall verdict? Villa : 8.5 / 10 - Very little to fault! Surrounding area : 6 / 10 - Higher if you like Brit-abroad style! Would we go back? Absolutely!!
