Clean and quiet also very helpful staff. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean . The outside of the hotel could do with a tidy up as the grass growing in the gutters was a little off-putting.

Our receptionist as we arrived was Carol. We have to start this off by letting you know how amazing she was. She was under so much pressure as it was extremely busy but got us our room really quick. When we got to our room we realised the remote for the TV didn't work and we only had 1 towel. My partner went back down to see if we could get another remote and extra towels. At this point Carol was surrounded by teenage boys and men (roughly 15 altogether) they were over from Ireland for a boxing competition and were very loud and confrontational. Carol was extremely professional and trying her best to help them even though they were totally out of order. We spoke with Carol after this and commended her for being so calm and acting with complete composure during such ugly circumstances. We have stayed in many Premier Inns but have never met anyone quite like Carol. I hope to stay here again and enjoy the hospitality we recieved this lady is a credit to your company. We wish her all the best on her upcoming Wedding. Thank you Carol

We stayed here for 5 nights. All the staff were friendly with Fraser being the best of all. Always had a smile and always made time for our six year old. We only had breakfast once in the pub next door but again friendly staff and decent food. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

Stayed here for 3 nights, lovely hotel nice and clean and the reception staff are very helpful. We did book the restaurant next door but cancelled as we went out instead. The hotel is one of the older style premier inns and starting to look a little dated but we had a lovely stay overall, thank you

Stay here regularly, the staff are great, very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, the restaurant and bar provides good food. I use the meeting rooms for training which are great for the purpose. Parking is excellent and access is good. Only downside is it can be noisy due to traffic.

We had a enjoyable stay due to the friendly staff at the premier inn and adjoining beefeater. Special mention to Fraser on the front desk at the Premier inn, very professional and friendly. We will definitely be back .

Stayed here with kids after a very late flight back to UK. 1am we tiptoed in... Room was set up with main bed and the two singles for kids, lovely and clean. Very blackout curtains, slept like logs. Brilliant breakfast at the beefeater, kids eat free. Would certainly return.

Great location, quiet hotel, friendly staff, nice restaurant! We always stay here when we are in the central belt. It is easy to get to Edinburgh and Glasgow and you don't hear any noise from the motor-way.
