The sand dnue hote is probably one of the nicest places to stay at Nubra Valley which is well appointed with traditional ladakhi architecture. It is surrounded with a simple, attractive courtyard and is and is walled-in with sufficient parking spaces for about 9 to 10 cars within.we have 4 deluce rooms and 14 standard rooms available and have restaurant within.

Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travellers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
The rooms offer beautiful view of the maitreya Buddha statue of Diskit monastery. The staff are very responsive and prompt to make your stay comfortable. The garden has a large number of flowering plants as well as apricot and apple trees. The owner was kind enough to give us a bunch of juicy and tasty apricots. It was a great experience overall.

Lovely hotel with balcony which has lovely view of the mountains. Rooms are well organised and helpful staff. Tsering who takes care of the property was very helpful during our stay. Strongly recommend for visitors looking for value of money

Fairly decent accommodation. Good location, courteous staff, responsive manager and owner. I would specially recommend their vegitarian food. Delicious and tasty. They would cook as per your order and request. Strong recommendation from our side

The hotel is located at the end of Diskit market. It a very new property and construction is still on. They are charging as per full planned facilities inside room but all are yet to be there. Rests of the things inside room were basic and were charged INR 800 per night. This price tag may justify once all facilities are there like shower, etc once construction is over. Hot water is available between 6am till 10am. Food taste was excellent but you have to inform them in advance if you want to eat inside the property for them to arrange. Television inside room has satellite connection includes Hindi and English channels.

Nubra valley is a territory of not so very good hotels with even basic amenities. But however food of this place was very very nice. I found it best in entire Ladakh region.
And one more positive of the place is a very nice garden maintained by the owner.

I stayed there for one night and the place was awesome. I was traveling with my parents and got a triple room for 1K INR. The room was big and spacious and the toilets were spic-and-span. There was an apricot tree that overhung our room. The garden in the Guesthouse was good too.
The food there was great. After having all our meals for over a week in restaurants in Leh, I was longing for home made food and this was exactly what I got here. Fresh home made food. In the dinner we had rotis, peeli dal (Lentil), potatoes and rice with complimentary sweets :) I ate up to the brim and as much as my stomach could accommodate :)
The breakfast was even more delicious. Me and my dad had "Alu ka Paronthas" with curd/tea and my mother had corn flakes/muesli with lots of bananas and milk. For all that extravaganza, our final bill was 1650 INR for three people including the food and room!

Stayed here for a night while visiting Nubra Valley.
This guesthouse is located at Hunder with a lovely, breathtaking view of the mountain peaks around. You feel in close to nature with herds of sheep, goats and cows grazing all around. It's a budget accommodation but has all the basic amenities. Hot water is provided in a bucket in the morning.
The food cooked had the ingredients from the kitchen garden. Was served in the dining area. Served the purpose well enough!!

Dont know how to tell how good is this hotel..Owner is a nice gentleman.Service is very good.All are there to help you in any manner.Food quality is superb.Room maintenance is good.And sight view from hotel is out of the world.Preferable for family,honeymoon couple,nature lovers.
