The stay was great but the breakfast needs improvement. There were very limited items out which sambhar was brunt and they were reluctant in getting that changed in spite of informing them multiple times. You can definitely opt out for Room without breakfast as the views from hotel is great. Mind you this place is 20kms away from nainital and it taken about an hour to reach there. There are absolutely no dining options available near to this hotel and one has to rely on its in house kitchen which is not great at all. Also the climb to the hotel is very narrow and steep and only drivers with experience can take their cars up easily. Else you need to depend on the hotel drivers to ferry your car to the property from main road which is another task

It is a fabulous hotel and staff is also very helpful. Especially Amit Kumar is exceptionally helpful and service was tremendous. Need such staff for a great stay. Hotel is very neat and clean. Amenities is a win win when it comes to kids.
