Visited with my friends, host Mr Sandeep took good care of us and served us with wonderful foods. Camps were extremely clean and service staff was very prompt. One should must try the fresh tandoori fish prepared by the cook, you won't find such nicely cooked fish anywhere else.
In times of COVID, we wanted to take a break and also take our 7 year old with us, we preferred camping and contacted Sandeep ji, he not only organised the camp we exactly wanted , also gave us excellent staff and made sure we had the most amazing camping experience at jalori hill top. Very hospitable , very friendly and helpful. We had a great time ! All thanks to him! Swapnil
Decent staff with support for treks, routes etc. Also not very far from the jibhi waterfall. Food is also very delicious and quite home like. Mr Sandeep is very helpful to exploring unexplored places near by jibhi.
We were not expecting the place to be this good as there was pretty less info online about it. We called up the Owner, Sandeep. He briefed us about how to get here and every and provided us with all the help needed. One of the best hosts I've ever met. Very helpful, jolly and if you're lucky (as we were) he might entertain you. The mud houses are right next to the river. They can arrange bonfire right outside your room or you can sit at the river bed in the day. Oh, I almost forgot. The mud house is beautiful! 2 storey double beds with a balcony at the attic as well. They have camps and guides for adventure sports which are pretty good. We tried a few cafes outside but the food they serve is better than any cafe outside. I'd end the review with "the best place I stayed at(in the mountains)."…
Jibhi was our first time in North India. Mr.Sandeep and his people were very warm and welcoming. They accommodated all our requests right from getting us some extra hot water for bath, getting tea very early, guiding us to places around, making amazing home style food as per our request and even extending our room for a couple of hours. Location - Located jus 10 min walk away from Jibhi falls and a water stream right next to where we stayed it was perfect for we had in my mind. Every night we went to sleep with the beautiful sound of flowing water and woke up to the same too. Felt so close to nature. Stay - We stayed in a mud house that is a beauty in itself. Never had the heart to leave the mud house. We had options to stay in the tent too. However we felt like home staying in the mud house :) Food - One of the best food you could get around in Jibhi and the food will never make you feel away from home. Rice, rotis and parathas were served hot as we ate. Everyday there was a new dish for us. On request they even made us the moong dal on the day we were leaving. Have never seen my daughter eat so much without making a fuss :) People - Mr.Sandeep, Gabbar Singh and Mann Singh made our stay so memorable with their amazing hospitality. They made us feel so comfortable and ensured we are happy :) Not so easy to find genuine people like them these days :) Places to See - We visited Jibhi falls, Jalori Pass to Serolsar Lake Trek, Visited Balo Temple, also did another trek to Chehni Kothi. We even had other options (non-trek places too) however this is all we could cover in 3 days. Highly recommend this place for family, friends and any kind of groups. Given a chance we will definitely go back here :)…
