We took a stay for 2 nights. Best part is its walkable distance from all the sightseeing Good quality food Best service by hotel staff as well. Rooms size is also big with 24x7 hot water They have top view restaurants

Over rated, dirty place. Broken refrigerator,elevator. Nasty, filthy run down restaurant. Food was prepared in hygienic way. Dirty neighborhood. Same problem dirty linen bed covers and dirty pillows. Needs a total renovation. Desk manager was hiding the problems.

It was my biggest mistake to book this hotel for our recently concluded tour in May 2022, there was no welcome call or message from them, they did not even guide on how to reach the hotel. Room was not ready even after 1 hour of their published check in time, it was untidy, washbasin had cracks, linen were old, they did not recharge the DTH for room even after 24 hours of checkin despite repeated reminders, no tea - milk sachets were provided. It was horrible experience.

We used to come with group of kids and staying other triund hotel of same property .We always enjoys our stay and food as well. Owner himself pay attention .Now I get chance to come by myself and hosted by them to this property.Humble staff , Nice room , Amazing hot shower and very tasty food they manage to offer even it was very late.I am really thankful .

Great location very good reception staff warm and welcoming and very efficient check in Rooms small and dingy wires not connected well room was smelly floor looked unclean Tv worked with it felt like it bathroom showers were fine Breakfast staff were very helpful

We stayed with family in the month of Jan 2021 it was awesome experience at triund heights staff was very well mannered they follow all safety measures rooms was beautifull maintained very neat and clean food was good overall it was a great experience here we would love to visit again

We stayed here with family we booked 3 rooms all rooms were excellent rooms were very well maintained view from rooms were awesome service and behaviour of staff was very polite food was excellent we highly recomend this hotel

Staff was very dedicated and polite. Quick service.. breakfast was awesome... everything was neat and clean.I surely would recommend staying here.Also it is at a place nearby to all points..triund trek point..eg...also you will save time from mcleodganj traffic
