Hotel was nice newly made however lift is under Maintenance. Food is very ok and if things are finished it is not refilled untill some one asks. Staff is good but under trained. AIJAZ however did a great job and helped us with a special request for my little one and he was taking efforts to mKe us comfortable.
Hot water runs at at 10 so take bath and go for breakfast.

Very good hotel and services. Food quality is also very great. Housekeeping is also good. Overall everything is great. If you visit pahalgaam we are so happy when we meet with our punjabi brother who is Manager of this Hotel Syed Rehan he is so cooperative and helful and he is ready to help all time And housekeeping Department persons Shahid and Mehraj is giving there good service we recommend others to come stay onces in this hotel

This hotel has a lot going for it. The rooms are large and well furnished. The buffet is tasty and the view from the hotel is terrific too. You are also guaranteed peace and serenity as the hotel is not in the crowded Pahalgam main market but around a half an hour drive before Pahalgam.

This is not a good property. I am writing this review from my hotel room. Room is spacious, but their service is poor. Have called for dental kits and towel twice but since last 50 mins they are just giving excuses only. Further only 6 to 9 rooms are good which face the mountain rest all are crap. The guy at reception has an attitude problem and is not for for dealing with customers. Toilet door can not be closed properly, in another rooms some plywood patches are there. Location is in a small village and not at centre of pahalgam AVOID THIS PROPERTY. Rooms that we took =3

Location is off the attractions on a deserted village road far away from all eateries too. The first floor rooms are terrible especially the back and side rooms (with the hotel trash as a view) which they try to give you first. The washbasins are leaking and filthy water comes in faucets. Don't even rinse with that water. no carpets in rooms. The front rooms on second and third floor are better with a view. No heating in rooms. breakfast is terrible with little choice. They don't even have a microwave. We arrived late in the evening for check in and the GM ( Mr Muneer) came and tried to offer us a deal to take comp dinner in lieu of one room less as it was under maintenance. When we tried to reason with him he became rude as if he's doing us a favor by even offering us the two rooms which were fully paid for. That guy ruined our trip for us. Later came into our room and instead of apologizing started calling us blackmailers. Horrible way to treat guests.

Me and wife stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel rooms offer breathtaking views of the mountains. Property is far from main Pahalgam and lidder river but it is peaceful and good area to relax away from hustle bustle.
Also, there are few constructions in front of hotel which hinders the Mountain Views for left side rooms.
The good things about the hotel is the Food- they had many options in breakfast and dinner buffet and buffet was reasonably priced. Food was tasty and we were content. Hates off to the chef.
All the food items we tried were tasty.
Services by Muzaffar and someone whose name starts with S I can’t recall from dining were very good. We were even provided welcome drink during checkin. Sajjad also provided good services and kept checking in room to see if we needed anything.
Rooms are big and spacious but there were so many flies that was a nuisance. Even if we closed the windows, the flies used to manage coming inside. Rooms were not sound proof.
Cleanliness was an issue in the rooms as the floors were not that clean plus we could see many areas on walls and windows where some guests must have swatted the flies and the fly was still sticking there. The lifts were also not clean.
Bathroom was big and clean but the amenities were not that great. Luckily we brought our own soaps and shampoos. Considering it’s a 3 star hotel, that seems fine.
When we asked someone to clear the table in our room, they did not wipe the table (attracting more flies). We had to clean the table ourselves with wet wipes.
One day we did not receive water bottle and staff was reluctant to provide more water bottles which was strange.
Overall we liked the stay due to good views and food quality but had to compromise on services and cleanliness. I would still recommend the hotel but would request staff to clean the rooms specially towards the window so that flies can be avoided.

The location was no doubt great for staying in Pahalgam but the rooms have moistured walls which makes the temperature of the place more colder. In turn it has no centralised heating system but just a heater which we use in temperatures like 7 degrees of Delhi. Plenty full of power cuts to stop the heater and feel that chill in the room in minus degree temperatures. No wifi support- reason being backend glitch for 2 complete days of my stay, no idea if it’s working now or not.
Not that worth the price we pay for.
Better options to stay in Pahalgam market are available in that price segment!
Sincerely nothing but the location was good in my stay. No room heating system, no proper geyser conditioning system. DISAPPOINTED with the reviews.

Had lovely stay in hotel with family. The rooms are spacious, clean and modern. The staff service is good and food is amazing. The dinner & breakfast spread is well managed. The manager Mr.Syed Rehan is very accommodative and ensures guests stay comfortable. Recommended places to visit in and around Pahalgam.

Enjoyed our family stay at this hotel with spacious, cafe staff are polite and helpful.Great ambience and quiet neighborhood. The food was fabulous and great care was taken by serving staff, especially mension Mr. Aazad shah Restaurant Manager (At the in-house restaurant), who not only ensured a great dining experience, but also guided us through local sight-seeing destinations and things to do we look forword to visit again. Great Location.. really pleasant and clean rooms, the place makes this place more beautiful because of its staff , entire staff was incredibly helpful and generous. We travelled with friends I loved those apple trees which are just in hotel garden and you can even pluck and eat your choice apples. Will be visiting again
