I really enjoyed my trip to Goa. And loved this hotel. As a single female traveler I felt very safe. The front Of house team were excellent with special thanks to Dablu Raj Mehta who was very helpful with information about local sights and temples. There is a restaurant within the hotel and the food is delicious. I’d like to thank the waiting team for excellent service waiters Dipankar, Dayandhi , Prathesh and Hershal :). The place is extremely clean and well maintained and the pool area is lovely. I’d recommend anyone visiting who wants a peaceful time to come here. The beach is around a 10 minute drive in a taxi. Thanks for an enjoyable visit :)

Location : This hotel is approximately 30 kilometer from GOA international Airport . 50 to 70 minute drive . Nearest beach is Candolim beach . 15 minutes drive .
Check-in / Check -out There is no issue is check-in or check out . All were smooth . Check in time 11:00 AM Check out time 12:00 Noon.
Cleanliness : Rooms are neat and clean . Corridors , lift , restaurants, swimming pool ..all found clean.
Lift ( elevator) facility : Hotel has lift with emergency . In case light or current goes , automatic lift comes to ground floor . Nothing to panic . we were in lift and current went off . lift came down in ground floor and doors open.
Food Quality : Average . Quantity wise sufficient . Buffet breakfast needs improvement . breakfast menu can be little more.
Staff behavior : All staffs are well behaved . polite and willing to help .
Service : shortage of staff delays the service.
Hotel facility : Swimming pool , small gym equipment are there near pool . Free wifi ( inside room internet speed is not so good) . On demand arrange car hire with cost .

We came for holidays 2 nights had 5star experience in low budget ,with clean rooms ,clean pool but if you have to use pool proper swimming costumes requires if not they will not allow and also outside beers were not allowed by security. This is a complete business hotel. Make sure u carry ur own glass if u r carrying ur own booze as the hotel will not provide any glass if the alcohol is brought by the customer and not from hotel. The housekeeping is very slow. Also do not go by the names mentioned in the menu it may sound awesome, however the taste is just like the normal street food. We ordered prawns n chicken biryani but we got masala rice added with chicken n prawns not worth eating. Breakfast has limited options but is good. Rooms r spacious n has flat screen tv. Pls do not buy water bottle from hotel as 10rs bottles thy charge 20rs which is only 500ml. The laundry is not good as everytime thy change the bedsheet or the quilt cover we got the same stained cover. Pls do not gv anything for laundry its too expensive as they charge gst in every thing. Hopefully thy dont charge for the air we r breathing.
Ambience is decent n it smells very nice. Front desk help is very good. If anyone wants to stay in business hotel then this is the one.

You are right. We are a “complete business hotel”. In other words we are not a dharamshala or a charity. 2. Why should we give glass and ice when you bring your own booze from outside? Do you not understand that our business is to rent rooms and sell food and beverage? What next? You will bring your own food and expect us to provide you with crockery and cutlery plus waiter service and expect all this for nothing? Which planet do you come from? It appears you have written the review whilst under the influence of alcohol from your own booze. 3. Your opinion about taste of food is of course subjective? Perhaps you should have brought your mother with you to cook you some food using our own kitchen? Or perhaps you wanted to bring your own “street food” from outside and expect a fine dining experience from the take out bought from somewhere else without paying anything for air conditioning or service or the crockery or cutlery ! 4. It is laughable that you advice people not to buy water for 20rs. You forget that you are ordering the water in an air conditioned restaurant or room. You are served with a glass and you get waiter service. And you obviously have no idea that other hotels like Taj and W charge 150rs or more ! Seems like you have never stayed in hotels whose purpose is business and to support its staff and their families. 5. Even laundry is expensive for you. Why didn’t you wash your own clothes? Just like bringing your own booze? And perhaps food from outside. Including a 10rs water bottle Ms Adrita Chanda, you booked our beautiful hotel through Agoda. Agoda will pay us INR 2225. This includes a beautiful air conditioned clean room for 2 with 24 hour front office service. It includes breakfast for 2 people. The hotel after paying its overheads at such a low rate, including electricity, taxes, infra structure costs etc barely makes enough profit and you dare to suggest that hotel does not provide glass for own booze or it charged 10rs more for water ! You should be ashamed of your review. You should be ashamed for bringing your own booze. What next? Bring your own vegetable and rice and chicken so that you can cook your own Biryani using our kitchen and not pay for it? We are a hotel. Not a charity. Not a dharamshala for free. Staff: We had interaction with all the staff throughout our stay. The Receptionist, Housekeeping, Bartender and waiter as well. All were polite and helpful.
Food: Breakfast was limited and sufficient and we loved it. Meals at restaurant were delicious and well priced as well. The Dishoom Dishoom Bar at the property has Happy Hour with limited beverages and for us, bartender prepared the special drink. How cool is that..!
Location: Candolim Beach is 10 Mins ride from the property and Most of the Casinos are close to the property as well. No complaints here.
WiFi: Amazing speed. I did most of my work on WiFi as Network to Jio was weak at property.
Overall, We'll recommend this place over any 4 star property in the area. Surely will be staying here next time we'll be in Goa.

Got best deal at Rio Boutique 👌 after looking all feedback on Google, we decided to go at Rio boutique, we booked deluxe 2 rooms on arrival immediately rooms were given by Akhil rooms were very neat specially bathroom . Out of all our stays in Goa, our experience at Rio boutique was by far the best one. I thought I understood the limits of hospitality, but the staff at Rio boutique took those limits and extended them beyond what was imaginable. From the moment we walked in, we only got warm welcome and the entire staff rushed to help to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The food here is incredible. extremely busy morning , the managers, Mr Saahil,made sure to visit our table to check with us if everything was fine. Rio boutique property is so beautiful and well maintained, but its the attitude of the staff and the support that you get from them that makes the stay the most memorable. Can’t wait to be back!

We stayed in Rio Boutique from 28Sep--02Oct,2023. The property was clean but basic amenities were missing. There was no tea / coffee maker in the room. It was provided upon request but no tea/coffee stock. There was no dryer in the room. In the name of basic toiletries only a hand wash and body wash was provided. They don't even provide a dental kit. Breakfast is below basic. No fresh juice or bakery items. Delighted about the service of Vamshi who was in restaurant service. Very hard working and remembers the food choice of the guests.
