Highly unethical behavior by the property. I made a reservation on booking dot com which didn't require prepayment and had free cancellation 2 days before check in date. The property called me & asking me to make advancement payment and also said they will not honor the free cancellation irrespective of what is mentioned in the booking policies. Book at your own risk.

Be careful while booking over phone call. We have done booking over phone call on assurance that we will get cheaper rates than online booking. However we were provided a non AC room, which was not informed to us earlier. Some of the leisure facilities like rope walk is in dilapidated condition. Not advisable if you looking for resorts near madikeri. It's around 1&1/2 hour journey from madikeri. Though food is ok, they are serving same chicken items for both lunch and dinner. For non veg lovers, except chicken no other items available. Rooms are clean and overall is ok however not worth the price you paying.

This place is only for those people who want to unwind themselves. If you plan on sightseeing and finding a place just to crash then Copper Edge is not an ideal place for you. With that of the way personally we had loads of fun. Had visited this place with my parents, my wife and child. We were treated really well by Umesh Sir and team. Food was amazing and stay was really peaceful and we are definitely coming back to this place.

We had great time last weekend at copper edge..though nearing end of February weather was excellent, we didn't use the fan at all for 2 days. Cottages were neat, aesthetically designed, resort is quite big with lush green and well maintained pool. Property is exactly like what's shown on their website. Food was good...I wouldn't mind visiting again...

This was an ad-hoc visit and we were pleasantly surprised with the beauty of this place. Cottages were big enough for a couple and a toddler and nested in nature which gives an amazing feeling. Food is fixed with breakfast, lunch,evening tea and dinner and I have to say, food was homely and fresh and also tasty. You would be getting more on south meals but very healthy and tasty. Pool was clean and overlooking coffee plantation which is an amazing place to be.staff at the resort are so well spoken and are very well behaved. Although stayed for a day, it was such a joyous and amazing stay. Kudos to team!!
