Had an awesome stay, one day at boutique bungalow and next day at heritage bungalow. The service provided in both the bungalows were excellent. Special mention to Mr. Binoy and Mr. Shahad. Will visit again.
It was one of those visits where we were left so impressed that we decided to come back again for a longer stay. We had our two rooms booked in the Talapoya Bungalow by directly calling Mr. Binoy, the manager. Even though both rooms looks identical, there were minor differences in each room like presence of a bath tub. The resort has only 6 rooms and all of them are huge and air conditioned (which was never required, as it was very cold in the night and cool in the day). Everything was very clean and was having the typical colonial charm to it. All rooms has access to the lawn and the Veranda was filled comfortable wooden furnitures. The pool, gym and spa within the premises were closed due to covid regulations. The clubhouse is almost 1 km away and can be reached by walk or…
The rooms are royal, food was excellent, staffs are the best. visited tea estate & tea factory, enjoyed nearby stream and sunset view from the top of a hill. Enjoyed the night camp fire. Only drawback, the pool was not functioning due to renovation.
Beautiful bungalow in a tea estate. Very silent place, cool weather. Rooms are very spacious with unique furnitures. Tasty food and best service. I must mention about Mr Binoy and staff as they have done their best for us. We wanted to stay an extra day more, but they had bookings.
