GOOD SHOW! Pondy airport slow and lethargic for the two lazy flights. On dep open booze bottles are taken away by airline. Where does it go? To Airport authorities. Suspicious behaviour. Pondy used to be booze capital. What happened? Streamlining essential!
Very nice place to visit.. amazing resort..i Love it, ❤️ it's very silent and peace place ..body spa is very good.food is good..beach is very close to resort ..there is more games to play ...,..... swimming pool is very very big ..kids or enjoying lot
It was a one night stay . First to start with the Fo staff attitude was like “ omg why are you coming " .hk was pathetic. The linens were so dirty . With stains . The only positive is the infrastructure was good . Will think over if I need to come again

A very bad experience staying in this resort. Very highly priced for pathetic service. Staff have no regrets also. Will never recommend this property. It appears that they are doing us a great favour while we pay for it. Every department is terrible and bad. Sorry to pen this.
We were travelling as a group of 8 members (including children as well as senior citizens). The resort was impressive from the very beginning. The entire experience was amazing, starting from the rooms, staff and the entire resort itself. The food was great and the staff were friendly, and were approachable. The rooms were very comfortable and we had no complaints about any of the amenities. Even the kids were kept well-occupied with the play area and the swimming pools. The resort also has a private beach which was also well-maintained. The spa facility was also brilliant! Will definitely recommend this resort.
Sir we have stayed in your resort on 18th and 19th of June.we have made payment through bar code of rs.21050 but your receptionist said payment not received and it will be returned by 24 hours and we made payment by card.refund not yet credited., mail sent so many TIMES and in GPAY it shows settled.if payment could not be made in bar code , why the bar code is shown for payment by your receptionist. Refund at the earliest
Need to provide feedback regarding last visit to RKN which is unpleasant due to a person called Satish. He is very rude and showing more attitude towards customers. We need a call back for the same from GM of RKN
Best property maintained by people who provide average service. First of all their front desk should improve. No welcoming, unprofessional, lazy, pathetic service by front desk manager in the reception. No Wi-Fi. Wi-Fi was not working throughout the stay. They said that it will be fixed by technician but not showed up. So it was totally poor service by front desk and reception. Room service, restaurant food is average compare to others. Property and facilities are good. Booked executive pool suite but the facilities are not explained clearly. More chlorinated water in the private pool. Totally it is not worth the money we pay. Better go for Le Pondy or Radisson.
The ambience / Location/Decoration /Buggy Service Excellent. But Access road, very bad and has aggravated my back pain. Room service poor. Food Quality Excellent, but found it bad on the 18th Night. TEA Ordered delivered one hour after being requisitioned. Water bottle not provided on Second Day.
