Was there with family a group of about 12 family members. Went to the hotel and found parking full board. Had to fight with the watchman to even enter the hotel. Went to the restaurant called olive, and found 2 tables occupied and about 5 tables with dirty eaten plates. Checked with the attending staff for tables they asked us to wait for 10 mins. So the family went out and waited at the lobby. In the meantime members used the toilets and found poop all over the toilets. Both ladies and gentlemen were exceptionally dirty. We were given tables only after we forced ourselves on the 2 attending staff. The tables were cleaned after several repeated requests. After we were seated they took 25microns to take the order. Nice the order was taken it took them 45mins to serve curds for the kids. Despite several strict instructions not to use green chilli, they purposely diced green chilli’s and used in the curd rice. The food we order finally arrived almost 1:15 hrs later cold and unedible. The check took for ever. And we had to get up and leave for them to wake and get the cheque. We stayed for one night at this hotel.Very nearly located to the bus stand .Its a new hotel .Rooms are well furnished ,spacious and well maintained.AC is very good. nice parking area . Hotel have a good restaurant . Overall a pleasant stay at this hotel.

Nice family hotel bang next to the highway. Utilitarian and good location to stay. Just plain hotel with nice restaurant in the basement where you get good kerala food. Only nuisance, is the common entrance to the hotel and the BAR below which isnt ideal. Though we didnt face any issues, except the Bar patrons will take all the parking spaces

We have stayed there for one night on December 2017. Rooms are neat and clean. Service also good. Breakfast menu was very limited. Not a buffet. Only dosa and poori available. We have waited more than 25 minutes for this. Overall its ok for a one night stay.
