What a wonderful experience me and my family had courtesy Mountain shadows resort! Apart from the mesmerizing location the hospitality was excellent! We were pampered and taken care of by each and everyone and the two days went like a dream! Our cottage overlooked the picturesque scenery where I could stay the whole day. Cheers to the staff of Mountain shadows resort! Still in the hangover of the amazing time spent there. Will definitely come once again!

This is the best and peaceful place i have ever visited. Somewhere far from the noise n pollution of the city. The food was very delicious all thanks to the chef Madhu😊 and thanks for the special dish by chef Madhu, it was really awesome. I can still feel the taste for it. Their hospitality towards the guests is very good.

Extremely beautiful property overlooking the banasura dam. The sunrises and views of the mountains are breathtaking. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable and extremely spacious. They overlook the dam too

The place is very beautiful. And the staffs are very friendly and very helpful. We had a great experience in this property and the facilities they provide are amazing. Special thanks to Anisha, she was the one who was very helpful and took good care of us. And the live band was amazing we enjoyed the night.

The room was very spacious and stylish, the bathroom had a big window so that you could enjoy the view of the lake either from there, either from the room or from the balcony. Some villas have their own swimming pool, but for the two of us, the pool next to the reception and the restaurant was good enough to enjoy some pleasant outside swimming in January. The personnel was extremely pleasant and as I am eating only vegan food, the chef always consulted me the food he intended to prepare for me. The waiter taking care of us was really professional as all the rest of the restaurant's personnel. I met more people taking care of the property than guests and they do a really good job as you cannot see any litter anywhere within the resort. It is a good example of how to make an attraction out of something that is actually an unattractive artificial lake with changing level of water thus making it not suitable for classical lake tourism. However, when observing the devastated shores from distance they look very nice because of the red colored soil and the scenery of the lake with small green islands with red collars is really nice. And on the other side the boating on the lake now is not just to enjoy fast boat ride it also has an interesting selfi spot in front of the Mountain Shadows Resort, because it probably looks as nice from the lake as does the lake itself from the resort. Besides enjoying the view, swimming in the pool and being far away from urban stress you can make a short half mile walk or bike along the lake shore within the property or do some activities like table soccer or table tennis in the room above the reception. The downside may be accessibility of the resort as there are several kilometers of forest road to reach it, where the ordinary cars can drive not much faster than 10 km/h. Excellent Stay with wonderful facilities that feels truly luxurious in every sense! We visited with small toddlers and elderly parents and it was equally enjoyable and safe for both parties! Food was delicious and catered to all taste! Truly inexplicable stay in a breathtaking location.

## The property is big and beautiful. ## We started with the villa with pool. The room was spacious and with a great view of the lake. ## They do not serve alcohol in the property, but you can bring your booze with you. ## The FOOD WAS QUITE BAD, the options were limited. That was the only bad experience in the property. ## We did cycling for a bit, but the track was not that big considering the size of the property. It was still fun as it was on the edge of the lake. ## Their infinity pool is great, specially during evenings and mornings with the view of the lakes and hills.
