We stayed here for the first night of a recent road trip and it set the bar high. Set in the countryside, this farmhouse and buildings have been lovingly renovated and offers two B&B rooms. It is a great base for visiting Chinon. We received a friendly welcome from Vero and immediately felt relaxed and at home. We had the...

This charming B&B has it all. The hostsVeronique and Ronan are extremely welcoming and helpful. They provided excellent advice on the regions key attractions, as well as important advice on local amenities. Ronan and Véro are a perfect combination in mixing the charm of France and the practical of the Dutch! You might bump your head in the upstairs room once, but everything else makes up for it. This is charm and taste in every sense of the word. Great location for a quiet stopover or a short stay for exploring Chinon...

If you are touring the Loire Valley, this B&B is well worth putting on the itinerary. A couple miles outside Chinon, the property is immaculately restored and remarkably kept. The family was gracious and welcoming and breakfast was a treat. My recommendation is to pick up some wine, bread, cheese, etc., and enjoy dinner in a true French country setting....

Had an amazing stay at this B&B. The accommodation was excellent - a beautifully restored barn that retains all its original charm but with all the modern comforts you would want - charming, quirky and comfortable.
