Perfectly located for Manchester airport - £6 in a taxi & only a few minutes. Clean & comfortable with nice hosts. Managed to arrange to leave my car here for £5 / night. Did not eat here due to later arrival and early flight.

Handy for the airport and close for holiday off site parking. Short walk to Heald Green village and train station and a short ten min train ride to city centre. Friendly hotel, excellent breakfast. What's not to like !?!

Booked a twin room although on small side due to low beams in room it was very comfortable and clean with en-suite bathroom and shower.Took a while to get access into the hotel when we arrived but when we did we were made to feel very welcome and the owner was very helpful and pleasant

Nice family run B&B, no major issues people coming in and out at all hours due to flights which is totally understandable. We had a downstairs room next to an extraction unit which was so noisy. Beds a bit hard for my liking but that's just personal preference. If flying from Manchester again will return

Someone had tv on in next door room until I banged the wall at 1.30am, there are Xmas type lights down the front of the whole hotel, including across our window(!!) that were never turned off and so we had a lit...

The room was lovely, clean and...

I stayed for 1 night and found it to clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful too. I didn't have breakfast as I left too early. The car park only accommodates about 8 cars though. I would stay here again

Convenient and just what we needed. We Will definitely use again and recommend to friend's and family. We left our car for the week and had no problems. When we arrived back we picked up the key and was straight off. Great little place

We stopped here for one night before our holiday. The room was very clean and the bathroom was very good, being recently refurbished. Our room no.8 was very quiet all night ,we never heard a sound even though the hotel was full. We had a meal that evening and I can recommend the chicken and bacon pie. We had the Rose...
