This is a perfect place to stay if you are planning to visit Futuroscope and want to stay somewhere with more character than a faceless chain hotel. It was only 20 minutes away. Our room was tastefully decorated, and had an adjoining room with bunk beds for our son. The house is very attractive, located at the end of a...

We stopped in Le Pireau on our way back from south west France to the UK. The house is lovely and the rooms have been equipped and decorated with taste. Annica and Alain are so friendly and their hospitality is fantastic. We arrived late and they let us use the breakfast room for our dinner. After a great night of...

Very welcoming and friendly hosts and mad puppy. Room and location thereof was excellent for us as we had immediate access to the garden which was great as we had our own dog with us. Breakfast very fulfilling and we enjoyed conversing with Alain in the mornings even though our French was not as good as his English. Would definately...

We stayed only one night as a stop-off on our way to SW France and it was lovely: calm and peaceful, which guaranteed a good night's rest. Le Pireau sits in a pretty little farming village where the air was clean and everything was very natural. The owners were very friendly without being over-familiar and breakfast was a delight. Well...

We spent one night in this charming B&B on our way to the South West Coast. The house is gorgeous, Annica and Alain have put so much work into it (and the project continues!). We are two adults and two children and we had the family room upstairs, which gave us plenty of room. The bathroom had a lovely hot...

We spent an enjoyable night at Le Pireau. At first we could not find the house but when we phoned Alain, the owner, he came and led us there. We had a comfortable ground floor room with tea and coffee making facilities which is unusual in Europe. The bathroom was very good with an excellent shower and lots of hot...

We stayed here for one night on a Monday and Annica kindly brought us a plate of food to eat as we didn't realise the shops closed on Monday. Alain and Annica were very hospitable and their house is beautiful, the gardens relaxing and extensive. Plus I loved Phoebe! I highly recommend their gorgeous B&B and will go again when...
