My lovely wife and I spent one night at this hotel when visiting Bidar. The rooms are garishly decorated and the fixtures & fittings rather careworn giving the whole place a bit of a 1970s feel but it's very clean and comfortable enough for a short stay. Moreover, the water is boiling hot and the air conditioning effective. A bit pricey for what it is at ₹2,225 for a superior AC double room but I'm not sure if there are any better budget options in town. Breakfast was not included but you can easily visit the nearby Kamat Hotel which offers typical South Indian items.
We has a family holiday one day and stayed overnight here. The Hotel staff are very cordial and polite. The rooms are well maintained and the linen were cleaned. The toilets and bath are quit large in size. Hot water is available 24 hrs. The best part is the Check in & check out is 24 hrs.
It’s a good budget place. We stayed for three days Very friendly and helpful staff who sorted any issues we had and advised on places to visit. It’s really handy for Kamat restaurant over the road and the bus station. My only tips would be to sort out the noise of phones ringing And the music from the lift which was a bit irritating
Things that are quite good: 1. The location: The location is a boon, right on the main road. Nearest ATM: Right in the building. Nearest Petrol pump: Next to the hotel. Nearest FL OFF shop: 100 mtrs from the hotel. Can't imagine you'll need anything more in Bidar. 2. The Rooms: The rooms are quite well maintained, bathrooms were clean and dry. I had a non-ac standard room. You cannot open the window or anything(Claustrophobic people need to opt for rooms with proper ventilation). But it has everything you need to comfortably crash for the night. What would need a lot of improvement: 1. The service: First I felt that most of the people who were coming to provide us with our room service weren't even hotel staff, but the staff of the local restaurant where these guys were delegating our food orders. These guys were highly unprofessional, had no sense of privacy, would come inside the room without even being invited! Three different guys rang the doorbell to ask the return for the very same flask in which they provided tea! It was ridiculous! 2. Food: I don't think this hotel had quite a working kitchen so most of their food requests are outsourced. The pathetic part of this is you are served with different restaurants waiters. They didn't even follow the prices on the menu you were provided in your hotel. And the food was really spicy and oily, after multiple request to make it as less spicy as they can, they made it without any concerns. My family couldn't eat it. Verdict: You want a good night's sleep in bidar this place is for you, want anything more from a hotel other than a sack and a clean bathroom... this is definitely not your hotel. PS: This hotel has only parking for like 3-4 cars, so be in early. And online prices for this hotel is quite high, call this place up. It's almost always empty(in contrast to what they show you online).…
Very centrally located, walking distance to bus stand. Very friendly staff, clean rooms clean sheets, prompt service. Worth the money. A bit problem was the reliance pertol pump which is 24 hrs. Vehicles come and blow their horns ruthlessly this wakes u up in the middle of the night.
