I stayed at the Raja Rani while visiting friends. It is located at a good spot in town, close to Auto stop so it's easy to get around. The rooms are fairly clean, bathrooms ok. The staff are lovely and very helpful - particularly as the keys to the rooms were not working the whole time I was there, so the staff had to attend to let people into their rooms each time. The restaurant downstairs has good food and the staff there are great too.

i stayed in this hotel along with friends. Its located in the outskirts of the town. Good clean rooms with modern amenities . They run a good vegetarian hotel serving south indian food normally. For a short stay and within budget the hotel is a good bet. Good parking area is available. Room service is good.

Room Tip: North indian foods are not up to the mark. Take rooms in the rear side of the block.

I stayed 3 nights at this hotel as I was attending a wedding in town. The staff could not have been more welcoming. The room was clean, the bathroom had plenty of hot water for my shower. There was free Wi-Fi in the room. The complimentary breakfast was served to my table and was a little feast. Excellent quality food. There was somebody on reception 24 hours a day which was a great comfort. There was always somebody cleaning. The only downside was the people in the next room making so much noise, but this was not the fault of the staff. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anybody, but especially solo female travelers as it is an extremely safe option. It was definite value for money and the breakfast was included. It cannot be classed as luxury, but it is not as budget as some other hotels in the area. It is priced budget for the western traveler, but probably mid-range for the Indian traveler.
