A charming relatively small pub with a good quality 12 room annex for that overnight stay. Open fires in the bar area to keep you toasty while sampling the many beers / Ales or Cider being an old cider house. Breakfast sets you up for the day.

I have stayed here for 14 nights in total over the past 3 months whilst attending a training course not too far away. The rooms are well presented, comfortable and have everything you need. I ate in the pub every night more for convenience so my studying stayed fresher in my mind. What can i say, the food ranged from... More

Dog friendly accommodation that was clean, comfortable and welcoming. A bonus to have generous bath sheets too. The team of staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. Lovely location for short walks from the doorstep and also well situated for interesting places to visit such as Woodchester Mansion. Breakfasts were good, and menu choices in the pub were interesting. Will definitely... More

Stayed here for one night , lovely little place pleasant staff , accommodation was nice in a separate block to the pub, the only thing I would mark it down on is the TVs they are very small and have very limited channels apart from that all was good

After a long day visiting two great local manor houses (Rodmarton and Chavenage) not far away, we were happy to find the Crown Inn right off the two-lane "main road" through tiny Frampton Mansell, looking just like its online pictures. As we approached, a couple of passersby told us the Crown's food was great (corroborating reviews we'd read), so we... More

Just what we wanted , an old Inn in the countryside in Cotswold with decent food and friendly staff and several ales. The rooms in the modern annex were clean and neat and had very quiet surroundings. Parking just outside the building.

We visited on a Bank Holiday Sunday evening. The pub was busy and there was a nice atmosphere. We ordered Sunday roasts; beef and chicken. Potatoes were a bit hard, the meat was ok, the veg so, so. Gravy good. Service was friendly. I would definitely visit again for a drink. I might possibly try food again but not the... More
