A lovely place of paradise Kalpetta (Waynad) and excellent with pleasant stay in SUMMER VILLA. Especially Mr. Pramod Gladson who provides us all the facility. Beautiful House, Tastey Breakfast, Hot water, Comfortable . Feel like heaven... peace of pleasant stay in garden of Trees around the house. Mostly his Hospitality of Pramod's Family & Team. we booked two bedroom villa but actually it has three bedrooms. two bedrooms had restrooms and also equipped with ac. The hospitality is really awesome. The owner of the property Mr.Promod awesome guy he provides all facility and yummy food.

We booked a two-bedroom villa with hall and dining areas, each of the bed-rooms had ensuite bath and toilet. There was an additional bedroom adjoining one of the bedrooms which can be used for children. Kerala breakfast was included with dinners to be ordered as requested and ordered in the morning. The young host and his wife were fluent in English and very responsive to any requests. Lush vegetation around the house with various birds in the surrounding trees. With all this, it was only a 2 minute walk to the main street of Kalpetta. Suggestion to the host: Provide a refridgerator in the dining area to achieve 5 stars. OVERALL: Highly recommended

We booked 2 rooms in Summer Villa and stayed for 2 days. Homestay is well maintained. Clean rooms, bathrooms, bed sheets, hot water. It's walk-able from the Main road, 5 mins walk. All the basic facilities provided. Both the days, breakfast (Appam and Nool Puttu) was yumm. We loved Ginger tea. Thanks for accommodating our request for additional breakfast. Thumbs up Hospitality. Thanks Pramod and Jisha for the lovely stay.

Excellent place to stay! Great garden, very friendly and helpfull owner and wife, and good breakfast including. Its possible to order Kerala breakfast, or Europian breakfast. Rooms are really comfortable, with good beds, hot shower and electricity. Sitting in front of the room, means sitting in a beautiful quit garden. Close to the city, only 5 minutes walking.

We stayed there for only a night but everything was perfect about this place. Homestay is maintained well , rooms were clean and lots of greenery around, food was served hot and at our convenient time. Amazing part is though you feel like you are out of the city just a walk for about 2 minutes from the home stay takes you to the main road.

nice location but inside the town. so better access to hotels and other shops.. very good and hospitable hosts Mrs & Mr.Pramod and provided us a lovely stay. it was more like a relaxed stay in a house in Kerala than a remote resort.
