I was going to AyurVeda Yoga Village in april. In Kumta. By accident, just 1 week before I was going, I found out that there were builders there and I would be the only guest. And no one have told me anything! I dont know If you just "forget" to tell me or If you intended to tell me when I arrived. When I found out, your idea was that I could change my ticket and fly to another airport and get to another place, I tried to explain that I could not do that with my ticket. So I decided not to go. With big disappointment. The communication has been so poor. I have paid over 470 € for nothing! I dont hear anything from you. I keep asking for my money back and nothing happens! I feel really fooled, angry and sad. This is not the way to treat a guest.

It was truly a holistic experience complete in all respect the 16 days i spent at the centre. The ambience, support personnel as also the treatment imparted was truly remarkable and i would strongly recommend this place for whoever who wish to undergo any treatment. The dedication shown right from the level of Dr Vipin as also by all other staff involved in the treatment and in the dietary dilligence made all the difference for me...... I was totally a rejuvanated person when i left.

I went to AYV between March to April 21 for a period of 1 month. It was both for a break as well as for teething medical issues which didn't seem to be a solution in Allopathy. The place is ensconced in the buffer zone of a deep reserved forest and it's only amazing that the founders are able to make so many facilities available there. AYV follows the purest form of Ayurveda practices. Following a wholistic approach through food, medicine, yoga and prayer. To keep it pure they grow most of their own medicinal herbs or collect from the nearby forest. They also grow their food on their own farms. Dr Sumi and Dr Vipi are both excellent doctors in the field. The staff be it treatment staff, or dining, or guest relations are extremely caring and look out for every need. AYV is strict. With everything related to food and medicine. The diet is strictly followed , there is no tea/coffee or milk used. Curds available only for non patients on request. If one has not been exposed to panchakarmas before the experience can be difficult , it will take some time to adjust. Most importantly it helps get rid of habits and addictions. I actually did get over my Tea addiction! I went their with my 9 yo daughter and she fortunately found a friend of the same age. The kids had a rollicking time monkeying around splashing in the river etc at a time when Covid second wave had badly hit the cities. My husband joined mid way and also absolutely loved the place, the peace amidst nature and also the proper Malayali food. Staying at AYV for a month was an absolute rejuvenation experience. One comes back feeling absolutely renewed, picking up some secrets of Ayurveda to implement in your daily life. I am waiting for an opportunity to go back again 😀

COMPLETELY GET RID FROM ALCOHOL ADDICTION AND ITS ASSOCIATED DISEASE. I came to Ayurveda Yoga Villa for receiving treatments for my chronic alcoholism problem. When I arrived, my cholesterol level was above 500 and blood sugar around 300. Considering my physical health and psychological state, doctors set a proper treatment protocol which includes, life style, diet based on my issue’s external therapies and herbal medicines which are prepared in the pharmacy inside the campus for individual patient. I stayed in Ayurveda Yoga Villa for 3 months by receiving complete panchakarma detoxification treatments by the support of experienced doctors, yoga trainers and supportive staff. The center is located near to the Kabani river and kuruva forests. The regular rituals, yoga, meditation, helps us to focus on ourselves and guides us to undergo the treatment process without any disturbances. The daily consultations with the doctor are very helpful to share our daily experiences and they will listen and do the necessary arrangements in treatments, Now, after 3 months of completing the treatments, my cholesterol and blood sugar levels are in its normal limits and still I am maintaining the advised lifestyle regiments, yoga and diet. This makes my family life better and I can focus in my work. I recommend this place, for those who are looking forward to receive proper treatments for their serious diseases.

I am 65 years old. I was taking Alopathic medicine for depression since 2011 and in 2017. It became complicated and the doctor advised me to take more dosage of that medicine but I refused to take high dose of such medicines. At that time I got a chance to know about ayurveda yoga villa and I got an admission there for 4 months. My condition changed to a fine style and I lived without any medicine very smoothly and happily. In 2020 December I was affected with covid- 19 and things became worse again. My body weight went to 35 kg. But now some treaments are providing here and I m feeling far better than before. Such a beautiful place.😇

I came here on 14th January 2021 with my wife and daughter and will check out on 28th of March 2021. The first aspect I liked about it was the location..it is just near an everflowing small river and a very remote jungle type area where you can experience the chirping of birds, sounds of small insects and everything which is close to the nature.. Secondly the people here are very honest and humble and try their level best to fulfil what is desired by you..In my 70 days stay I never locked my room and not even a single item was found missing shows their honesty. Thirdly the environment created inside the campus and 22 cottages (there are 3 herbal cottages , 6 front cottages and 13 backside cottages) is very hollistic. They are following the path guided by their guruji H.H.shri TATHATHA SWAMIJI and so they are conducting regular Poojas, Maintaining a Goshala, worshipping the Divine TULASI etc and Strictly restricted non veg , alcohol, smoking etc and no luxury items such as televisions or air conditioners etc ..making the surrounding very pure for all the guests. Now the treatment part: Dr Vipin with his multiple fields knowledge tries his level best to cure you by Ayurveda / Marma/ostopeopathy etc and dr sumi with her smile and deep understanding always keep your spirit high .They have a consultation with the doctor daily for 30 minutes (except Sunday) and to help the medicine they have Yoga 2 times and yoga nidra once in a day by trained yoga masters and 1 hour massage therapy by trained therapists giving you a proper relaxation .. But we have to be patient here to get the proper results and you may have to extend your journey which you have planned earlier before coming and you even may have to return empty handed without getting cured as nothing in this world is guaranteed. My only inconvenient part was the food..They are following a specific type of diet particularly having a pure south Indian taste so for 3-4 days it was fine but to adjust the food daily was a tough task for me bcoz we are from Surat (Gujarat)and our food items are entirely different even though they tried their level best to provide us what we require but a lack of North Indian cook was always felt by me..and this is the only reason why I am giving them 4 stars.. Thanks
