Situated in Minchinhampton a few minutes walk from the town centre, shops, country Inns restaurants library and the common. Minchinhampton itself is a beautiful, small, old Cotswold Town overlooking the Stroud valley and on the fringe of the common which is 600 acres of National Trust land. It is a wide, windswept expanse of grassland, fringed with villages and where cows and horses run free. The scenery is spectacular and the geography provides ideal conditions for outdoor activities such as walking, cycling, golf, horse riding, gliding etc. The luxurious facilities offered by Hayleaze are a true compliment to the outstanding beauty of the area in which this traditional bed and breakfast is situated.

Everything about my stay at Graeme's Bed & Breakfast will forever be memorable. From the moment I got there I felt like I was at home. The accomodations are incredible. I just loved my soaking tub. The location is ideal for taking jaunts as well as being close to walking into the heart of this lovely old village. It was so special being there at Christmas time. I felt like Iwas visiting family. I highly recommend and will most certainly return.

Just visited Minchinhampton and stayed at Hayleaze for the 4th time which speaks for itself. The B & B is homely and welcoming. The proprietor Graeme is friendly and very accommodating, The breakfast is made to suit any taste and satisfy the largest of appetites. Would definitely stay again as it is situated well to be used as a base for exploring the area.

We had a lovely stay at Hayleaze and Graeme gave us a very warm welcome on arrival. Our en-suite room was perfect with a very comfortable bed and high quality white bed linen. The bathroom was luxurious with everything you could possibly need with a roll top bath, shower, bathrobes and plenty of white, thick towels. The full English breakfast was wonderful and there was also a selection of cereals, fresh fruit, yoghurt and beverages. All in all very enjoyable and we look forward to staying with Graeme at Hayleaze again when we are next in the area.

A good relaxing easy going sort of place. Graham, the owner makes you feel welcome.
The room we had was well appointed with a comfortable bed and a very good shower and free standing roll-top bath. Can relax in the conservatory watching one of the many TV’s. Breakfast was very good well cooked, full English was excellent. Bit of a walk to the local pub or village. Parking is in the quiet lane outside, its a no through road so not busy.

We spent 5 nights at Hayleaze Bed and Breakfast whilst doing the Corinum Caring Course in Nailsworth. Graeme made us feel very comfortable and at home, our room was very clean with a great ambiance and very tastefully decorated. The breakfasts were delicious and everyone was very friendly. We were made to feel very welcome by Graeme on arrival. The welcome continued all through the stay. We would definitely recommend a stay here if you are visiting this area. The location is central to the area so you are able to use the B and B as a base. Especially as Graeme , unlike other places we have stayed, allows you to come and go as you need.

I stayed here for a weekend, and loved the quiet, peaceful, friendly, atomosphere of the place. The owner was extremely friendly and accommodating. My room was very comfortable with excellent tea making facilities. I had a excellent full english breakfast and there was also a choice of breakfast cereals, fruit and toast.
If you want a place to stay on a visit to this part of the Cotswolds then I really do recommend this B and B

We received a warm and friendly welcome from the owner, Graeme, for whom nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Our room, with twin beds and ensuite bathroom, was at the top of the house, bright and airy and extremely well equipped. Breakfast was ample and cooked to order. We only stayed one night (while attending the Festival of Eventing at nearby Gatcombe Park), but we're already looking forward to going back.
