My friend and I stayed at the Nai Harn early this month for 5 days and 4 nights. The rooms and hotel was generally beautifully appointed and very well-maintained. The food at the main restaurant was also generally excellent, and the breakfast buffet spread was great as well. The service rendered also tended to vary throughout the resort: while most of the housekeeping and wait staff were extremely kind and polite, I found the service at the reception to be lacking in sincerity, missing the signature Thai hospitality that one would come to expect of a 5-star resort. As for the location, I would recommend the Nai Harn only if you intend to stay within the resort and do not intend to travel out to old Phuket Town or other areas in Phuket, as they tend to be quite far (45 min-1h drive). Nevertheless, I would come back to the Nai Harn again: it was an extremely value-for-money stay!…
I’ve stayed in many nice resort with my family, but this is hand down for the best beach resort I’ve ever stayed in. Everything in the resort is extremely clean and well kept. Their over the hill sea view is just phenomenal. The resort itself is picture perfect! The best part of this place is the friendly staff I encountered. Shout out to P’ Champ, the beach activity trainer. He always put a smile on his face and so patience with the new learner like myself. Last but not least, they got delicious food! Their breakfast that is included is made of quality. The location where the breakfast is served is also gorgeous! We also had a blast at reflection bar where there’s live music. What a relaxing time! If I have to think of one downside. Then it might be that this resort is a little further from the city. But that should not be a problem since resort itself has plenty of activities available. (Also got paid transport within reasonable price if you wish to leave the property) Overall very impressed with this stay and want to come back already!…
After three years my husband and I finally made our way back to our most favourite place on earth - Thailand. And we couldn’t have had a better welcome back. Our dearest Thai friend recommended The Nai Harn for our anniversary break. She put us in touch with Ms Natt who coordinated all our requirements and bookings. From the time we arrived to the time to the time we left, we were made to feel so special. We got upgraded to a gorgeous ocean view room with the most spectacular view from the attached terrace. It was so stunning that I fell asleep on the first night outside and woke in the wee hours of the morn. The resort is absolutely gorgeous and everything looks really well maintained. They maintain a really professional covid protocol of hygiene and are constantly cleaning the place. The room has all the possible amenities you require. From a Bluetooth sound bar to tea/ coffee, unlimited bottles of water, beach bag, slippers both for indoor and outdoor use, umbrellas, iron, yoga mat etc. The bathroom is amply stocked up and the quality of toiletries are fabulous. You really don’t need to carry your own shampoo or conditioners or body wash. They clean up your room when you want and restock everything without even asking for it. The daily breakfast at Cosmos overlooking the coastline was really varied and delicious. The poolside had loads of sun beds. There is also a sundowner rooftop bar which has live music in the eve. We ate at cosmos one night for dinner and went to the rooftop drinks twice pre dinner. But do keep in mind in this area everything closes by 9. For later hours you can head to Rawai beach or to Phuket town or the infamous Bangla Road. The beach which is a 2 minute walk is just gorgeous and the hotel provides you with towels and umbrellas and paddle boats etc. There are a number of open restaurants and massage places and shacks on the beach itself. You also find the most delightful carts selling local delights being prepared right in front of you. And the cut fruits sold there by one of the local young man with his mother is just divine. He also is the most helpful lad there is for anything you want to know. You can easily get a taxi to go to anywhere in phuket or rent a bike if you want. On our anniversary Ms Natt sent up and mojito kit to the room to celebrate with a bottle of the local rum Chalong Bay. It was so good we bought a couple of bottles back with us. We truly had the most delightful stay at The Nai Harn. They are so warm and welcoming and go out of their way to make you feel special. A very special shout-out to Ms Natt for truly making this trip for us memorable. Thank you. We can’t wait to come back and stay here again soon !!…
Almost 30 years ago I was allowed to spend my vacations in this hotel for the first time. My memories of when the hotel was called "The Royal Yacht Club" are still very present. Even today the hotel is one of the best in Asia and I am glad to have returned to this paradisiacal place. The warmth of the people who work here and the professionalism of the services make the time fly by. A day at "The Nai Harn" starts with an exceptional breakfast on the terrace overlooking the enchanting bay. At the pool or on the beach you spend a very relaxing time and never get tired of the magic of this place. Both the culinary side and the equipment of the rooms is on a top level and rightly the hotel is listed in the "Leading Hotels of the World". Our thanks go to the management of the hotel and all the employees here. They made it possible for us to have a perfect vacation in Phuket. Thank you,…
We have just returned after an 18-days stay at the Nai Harn. This was our third visit to the Nai Harn since July 2021 when the Sandbox Scheme started. That in itself must be a solid testimony to the unique and amazing qualities of the Nai Harn. Again, we have truly enjoyed every day at the The Nai Harn. Amazing location at the sandy Nai Harn Beach. Lovely spacious rooms with an outstanding sea view. We would like to comment on the amazing professional and helpful staff we meet every day. We may mention: • The reservation team that ensured that all Thai Pass pre-arrival procedures were taken care of. • The front office team, that helped with all our many daily requests. • The morning buffet-team serving the most delicious and outstanding breakfast. • The house keeping girls ensuring that each morning we returned to a fresh and clean room after breakfast. • The Spa-team providing professional Thai massage, body scrub, pedicure and manicure. (a bit of advice to Nai Harn guests: do not miss the unique and vitalising spa treatment). We have previously stayed at other hotels in Phuket, but nothing matches the Nai Harn. Not the cheapest hotel in Phuket, but taking into account the location, the facilities and not least the level of service, a stay at the Nai Harn is actually very good value for money. For sure we will be back…
