We reached the place not knowing it is closed but the owner kindly consented to let us stay as it had not been in operation for several weeks . But we were amazed at the hospitality of the staff and with swiftness they made couple of rooms liveable for our group -but not before they had checked our Covid precautions including both doses and RTPC tests . All toiletries were provided including water bottles and the next door restaurant was a great help in having dinner and breakfast . Highly recommended .

Thank you Mr. Sachin Sawant & his team for lovely decor & care shown towards our stay. will defiantly come back again. Hotel is just 800 mtr away from Malvan Beach surrounded by variety of restaurants.

The rooms were good , spacious , neat and tidy. Place has a restaurant with amazing breakfast. There is a restaurant named swami besides property which serves amazing sea food. Strategically located property.

We used to be always checking out Happy whenever we stay at Treebo property. We booked this property for two nights for 2 Adult and 1 Child aged 12 Years. In the past additional mattress and breakfast was always included in the looking but this time everything was chargeable. I called Treebo Support and spoke to Puneet R and made him speak to Hotel reception staff as well but issue was not resolved. So I had to let it go as I could not spend endless hours talking to support team and hotel staff. Breakfast is next to nothing. Additional person is chargeable. WiFi signal are not available in room. Even asked to clean the room in the morning but it was done only at night. Totally dissatisfied with this stay this time . Hope some improvement considering this feedback. Regards Neha

i stayed at konark residency for 02 nights, 1st we booked through OYO in which we got a rate which was totally different from the hotel tariff and then the hotel did not receive our booking which was made through OYO and then we had to wait for almost like and hour but still there was no response, finally we ended up with OYO and now no more booking rooms through OYO very bad experience... Then like an angel Mr. Sachin the receptionist came and spoke to us and he said you can take the room if you want as per the hotel rate and then we agreed to take that as we didnot wanted to stay at malvan without a room and spoil our small vacation. Thwe staff at the hotel are very kind like. Mr. Sachin. Mr. Kalpesh. and the old guy at the restaurent. and made our stay very comfortable. Thank you and will visit back soon.…

Lovely place with mouth watering food, staff is very courteous specially front desk and Deepak from restaurant.front desk is very helpful . The beaches is at walking distance also lot of option of restaurants.if U wish to visit Malvan go during monsoon .

we, 4 of us, stayed at Konark residency between 17th April 2018 to 19th April 2018. it was a great experience. Good facility, excellent service, good hospitality and very clear and neat rooms. we will rate the facility 4.5 on the scale of 5. The only drawback is - payment is insisted as CASH only. added to that the behaviour of staff member J P Chaurasia was very rude and unprofessional.

Very helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms, 24 hour hot running water.....and by hot I mean hot.....all amenities fridge, cable TV, AC, etc. All in all a very pleasant stay. And best of all was the location, everything is a few minutes walking distance. No elevator though, only drawback we could see.
