Stayed here last month in December 2020. It was 4 of us and stayed for 3 nights. We went for a holiday and chose this hotel because of its facilities. No doubt the facilities were great. However, the service we got was disappointing. During breakfasts, they would run of out soy milk, tofu, etc (despite requesting vegan breakfast). Laundry services were horrible. They overcounted our clothes and charged 200k extra. We were also accused of having snacks from the snacks bar, which we did NOT touch. Made a complaint to the on-duty manager, but it was just a waste of time. They wouldn’t go an extra mile for their guests which is very unlikely for a 5-star resort. You might want to think twice before staying.

unique hotel which is build like a tent...no lamp at night and changed with candle. It has wonderful view...room is clean and food tastes good. Enjoy breakfast besides the beach. This hotel offers some activities such as kayaking, trekking etc. For joining it, we can go to the activity corner near the beach.

We just stayed in 2 of the 1 Br villas. We loved our stay in the resort. The Semeru villa has magnificent view of The Menjangan Island. However, some bugs loved to be in our villa. We had to hand-catched them because we do not want the housekeeping to spray all over our room at night, especially during this pandemic. Meanwhile, the view of Ijen villa is less spectacular, but the room is bug and noise free. We enjoyed our stay in this tent. What we really love about this glamping resort are the pool and the food. The private pool has the right depth for our 8 and 9 y.o. to swim in. It is 1.55m so they can learn to swim and jump in the pool. The food are all tasty and delicious. Our children loved our breakfast, lunch, and dinner from the room service. Definitely we will be back glamping again! …

Such a beautiful place. Nice ambiance. Nice view. Nice food but the menu choices are less varied. Great staffs, and very helpful. Clean room. Our private pool cleaned daily. Will come back here asap! Thank you menjangan dynasty ♥️
