Located on the most beautiful Mai Khao Beach and surrounded by national park, this resort offered privacy and peace.
The villa was spacious and clean. Loved the dressing room with a big mirror!!! Bathroom amenities are beyond my expectations - high quality of shampoo and body lotion means a lot to me as I am allergic. I found everything that I needed there. The main bedroom has a working table that is very comfortable for a computer. The bed was extremely comfortable!
The outdoor area is also a nice place to spend time - a wonderful large pool and jacuzzi.
Helpful, friendly, English-speaking staff who go above and beyond to make sure you have the best time. Spa therapists are kind and professional.
I had a wonderful experience driving around by bicycle and walking by the beach at sunset time.
I will definitely come back, and I would highly recommend this place for romantic getaways as well as for families with kids.

The hotel was fantastic. Staff was extremely helpful, getting out of their way to ensure we have an enjoyable stay. The General Manager, Ruud, in specific was amazing and helped us with anything we asked for. I highly recommend for people who are seeking to relax away from the night life of Patong to stay at this Centara location.

This is now our favourite hotel in the entire world, there are not enough positive things that can be said about it. I originally booked 4 nights through secret escapes, then sandbox changed and the hotel were very accommodating and offered an amazing deal to extend to 7 nights which we accepted. When we got to our second hotel we just wanted to come back and spend another week here, but we were unable to cancel our reservation. The common areas are immaculate, spotlessly clean and all the staff are so helpful and friendly. We had a 2 bed beachfront and it's the largest room I've ever stayed in. I live in a 3 bed semi back in the UK and this was easily twice the size! It was amazingly clean and was kept that way but a great team of housekeepers and gardeners. We had a private pool and spa tub too. The bed is the comfiest we have ever slept in and the bedroom opened up onto a pretty much private sandy beach. Breakfast was served in room every morning and it's by far the best hotel breakfast ever. The Americans think they know how to cook bacon but it's not a spot on these guys. We had a BBQ in room one night too and it was one of the best meals of our trip. We had dinner in the beach area one night and it's the best massaman curry I'd ever eaten! The staff were great at communicating through WhatsApp, they let us know when we had test results in etc and when we had excursions booked. They even let us know to stay out of the water one day when there were jellyfish about. The location of the hotel is really remote which we loved. It was a 10 minute walk to the nearest 7/11 and local restaurants. We had a car which made it really easy to get about. I believe they had a car which can be hired too, had I known this I probably wouldn't have hired one at the airport. To us, everything was perfect and when we come back to Phuket, this is the only hotel we would consider!

Great location, we stayed 1 night at room 203 3 bedrooms , half board 2 meals..food is so delicious, especially spaghettis. Staff is very helpful, always smile and prompt to service.
we are definitely back next year.

From the moment I arrived until the moment I left, your staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. All my needs and wishes were taken into account with extraordinary diligence. It really added comfort and coziness to my stay.
Luxurious villa with two swimming pools is simply amazing. I could enjoy a relaxing swim and relax on the terrace with stunning views of the surrounding nature. For me it was real heaven on earth.
The breakfasts provided in your restaurant are surprisingly tasty and varied. I enjoyed every morning the varied dishes served with great care and attention to detail. It really lifted my spirits for the whole day.
Your hotel also offers a variety of activities and services and I found the location to be ideal for both romantic getaways and family holidays. Necessary metrics such as cleanliness, comfort and safety were at the highest level, which created a trusting atmosphere for guests.
I would like to express my sincere gratitude to all your staff for their diligence, professionalism and care. Your team truly makes your hotel special and unique.
For future travelers, I would recommend booking a villa with two pools - it is an absolutely incredible experience. Stayed at the Villa. Villa was beautiful, nice layout with a private pool. Nothing negative on this front. However, signs of wear and tear were quite evident with upkeep of the premises lacking. If left unchecked, it will deteriorate further and may not be worth the value staying there in future. Doors misaligned, paint flaking off, furniture chipped etc. The private pool in the villa needs to be repaired badly. Mosaic tiles were missing and my friend's son and mine sustained a cut from the missing tiles. My wife and her friend visited the spa. Highly unprofessional. Air-con was not working well, room was hot and humid, no change of spa clothes, massage was expected to be done in own attire, no change of spa attire provided until demanded. Usually, pre-spa treatment would also entail a food wash or towels to freshen up. Nothing was provided. Service was no better than those street side massage establishments but yet have to pay premium price. Service by hotel staff was excellent. Staff were highly attentive and always ready with a greeting and smile. Issues were attended to promptly. This was the main saving grace. I would love to return on proviso some upgrades and repairs are carried out.

The room and the service I received at this hotel is simply amazing compared to money that we paid. The room is so spacious just like what I haven seen in the pictures. The beach is just right in front of my room. Even we got a good deal and paid lower than usual, but the hotel staff as well as the manager have not lower their standard like what I have been experienced in some other hotels recently. Even we got some issue about quality water in the pool in our room, they came to fix the problem before I even report it. They said they just walked pass by and see something wrong with our pool water color so they came to check. I am not sure on the day that we arrived the person who carried our luggage is the manager or not, but he looks like someone in management level. I want to say thank you very much for an amazing room and services. It will be one of the most memorable trip I have as my boyfriend has proposed me on this trip as well. Thank you very much and I hope I will get a chance to go back there again soon :)

This was our first stay in Mai Khao Dream Villas and we enjoyed it immensely. The villa was huge, with a large entrance lobby, separate toilet, kitchen dining and lounge, a dressing area, large bath/shower room and a big bedroom. Outside was a lovely pool, a jacuzzi, a sala to keep us in the shade, all set in a very nice garden with a view through the trees to the sea. Mai Khao means 'white wood' giving reference to the casurina trees which form a wooded area all along the coast including a 40-50 metre protected area between the hotel and the beach. The trees shed their needles in abundance which keeps the excellent pool attendants and garden attendants very busy. It is not a huge problem but it would be better if the Phuket authority allowed the hotel to cut back the branches that overhang the pools and gardens. Anyway it did not detract from our enjoyment. We had breakfast served in our villa every morning and took dinner in the hotel restaurant every evening just before 'happy hour' finished. The standard of food was very good and varied. The Thai dishes, as you would expect were excellent although were sometimes inconsistent with the 'chilli' factor. As Europeans we personally like our Thai food a little bit spicy. Depending on who cooked it we would get anywhere between very mild to mouth numbing hot. I am sure that the new chef will bring his experience to train all the cooking staff to be consistant. Most of our dinners and happy hour drinks were served by the excellent Khun Aum. She is a credit to the hotel with regard to her work rate and positivity and guest facing happiness. We certainly look forward to seeing her again on our next visit in November. In fact all the staff were helpful and obliging from Front Desk (who allowed us a late check out) to Housekeeping. Too many names to mention but thank you to all of you for making our stay most enjoyable.

We were visiting Phuket for a few days and wanted to stay somewhere that was nice and quiet. We wanted to avoid the party area like Patong.
The Villa is amazing and beautiful. This villa is huge, it can easily accommodate a large family. In the court yard of our villa, we had a private pool, a smaller sitting pool, and a gazebo. If you open the doors, you literally step onto the beach!!
This hotel is secluded. You will need a taxi or ride to get into town. This wasn't an issue at all. All the activities we had scheduled included transfer from the hotel. If we needed to go into town for some shopping, we just asked the concierge to arrange a driver for us.
Our hotel package came with breakfast, but I told the receptionist that we would be leaving early in the morning to island hopping and wouldn't be able to enjoy it. In the morning when we went to the lobby to wait for our transfer, there would be a breakfast box waiting for us.
On our last night, we arrange to have a seafood BBQ in our villa. They setup a BBQ grill in the court yard, and grilled fresh seafood feast for our enjoyment. It was amazing!!
I also have to commend on the hotel staff. They are all very amazing and very accommodating
When I am back in Phuket, I am going to stay at this hotel again!!

We stayed at the Mai Khao dreams from 16th nov for 10 nights. It was exactly what we were looking for. Off the beaten track in a quite area of Mai Khao, it is a in a little slice of pure heaven. Staff are so friendly and could not do enough for us. Reception area is beautiful with very helpful front desk staff. We were shown to our villa by one of the receptionists who gave us a tour. The villa is very large, beautiful bed room with views of the beach and a patio area. A nice idea would be maybe a table and chairs on this patio area ? The pool and jacuzzi area is beautiful and the lounger area is shaded with a fan for comfort. inside a decent sized kitchen with all mod cons, 2 tvs one in bedroom and sitting area. very very good wifi in whole complex. Infact had 5g even on the beach. Food in restaurants is very good with lots of variety and a roomservice option also. Cleaning and waiting staff were fantastic nothing was ever too much trouble. Sheets and towels changed every day, pool cleaned and swept around also daily. It is a little off the beaten track but is so worth it. 2 shopd at the end of the road, (hotel provided complimentary bicycles) Turtle village is 15 mins by car with shops and restaurants.
Plenty to do here if you want it, but so so relaxing if you dont. The views of the sun set in the evening is spectacular. Beautiful beach is 100mtrs away from the bedroom and can be accessed by glass french doors.
One downside is that we were not informed the pool area and restaurant would be inaccessible due to renovations. It opened on our last day unfortunately. We had no prior knowledge of this and would have been nice to have been informed.
I guess its only an excuse to go back again lol. i have never been so relaxed after a holiday than i was here. definitely will be back

Thats a shame you didn't enjoy your stay.
We were on the way home for a 4 day break after work in Bangkok. They picked us up at the airport after the flight was delayed and looked after us like family.
We mostly swam at the end of the beach and in our own pool.
We were there to relax and spend time to ourselves so really enjoyed the room service and privacy.
My wife enjoyed the spa therapies and the staff in general were friendly and helpful.

From your bedroom in the 2 bedroom villas you have sea view. There is about 100m of national park land between the bedroom and the ocean.
