Debbie and Rob are outstanding hosts — relaxed, thoughtful, ready to make our stay in their home, a working farm, as comfortable and restful as possible. For the second time, we had a great break. We've stayed in both main rooms now: excellent accommodation (plenty of space, good facilities, peaceful). Breakfasts are ample and very good quality. Great location for...

My husband and I visited Exmoor August bank holiday for my husbands birthday and we wasn't disappointed! We have 2 Labradors which were welcomed warmly by Debbie and her new arrival Jethro, a beautiful collie puppy, shortly followed by Jeffrey the black lab. We stayed in the shepherds hut which was warm and cozy with an amazing bed! The fenced...

Just returned from a two night stay. Cannot fault; the bedroom was clean and very comfortable, the location was fantastic for exploring Exmoor, breakfast was stunning and the owners were very nice and welcoming - highly recommend this property and will be returning.

We had a two night break here and loved everything about it. The room was perfectly presented and the whole place had a great feel. We were made to feel very welcome by Debbie and Robbie and the stay was a complete pleasure. I will be back :)

We arrived to a cold welcome, not helped by the wet and windy weather. The hut was not at it's best due to the rain but the log burner was lovely and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was fine but the reason for the low rating was the cold facilities (shower/kitchen) in combination with the price tag (£75 including breakfast)...

Had a two-night break here. Good base from which to walk to the coast and/or Heddon Valley. It's a working farm - they were lambing when we stayed - but it didn't affect the quality of our stay. Plenty of sheep, cows, horses and dogs around, if you like that. It's a 2k walk to the top of Heddon Valley...

We have been visiting Higher Bodley several times a year for the last 4 years as we have relatives nearby. Debbie and Robbie have become friends now and always greet us enthusiastically. The room is very comfortable for the two of us plus Baz the Golden Retriever - so plenty of room! It is always spotless as is the bathroom....

We stayed for two nights at Higher Bodley Farm for a short break last week. We were greeted by Debbie and two of her lovely dogs Jeffery and Jack and we were warmly welcomed into their home. We stayed in the Longstone suite which was beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. Everything we needed was provided for, even books and a...

The Hosts made us most welcome in their lovely farm setting in North Devon....our room was marvelous, comfortable bed with luxurious linens, separate sitting area as I sometimes like to read late at night, the bathroom facility meticulous and updated. The breakfasts served in a quaint country farm dining room with yummy homemade bread with full or continental breakfast included....
