Every little detail of this hotel and of the beach has been thoroughly considered and executed. We had the room with the balcony which had the biggest and most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. The breakfasts and indeed the rooftop bistro were superb and the staff took great pleasure in preparing everything beautifully, and remembering our particular likes (my mugs of coffee were always waiting or me). The pool/garden area was delightful. Parna also has a private beach, which is a bus or taxi ride away, but we’ll worth the short journey. A restaurant, toilets, towels and once again the detail and service made it perfect. Fabulous staff at the hotel reception could not have been more pleasant and helpful (from providing us with necessities when our luggage failed to arrive, to buying spices for us). We really didn’t want to leave, and hope to return as soon as we can.…
We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this lovely boutique hotel and getting to know its charming owner, Galip. Our room was very comfortable with all the necessary amenities, including the best shower in Turkey— steaming hot with “rainfall” shower head. WiFi needs improvement in the rooms but was fine on the top floor. There is a beautiful pool in the backyard although it was a bit cold for swimming. Galip said it is their intention to create an oasis in the city and I think he succeeded! Breakfast was amazing with a wide variety of eggs, fruits, pastries, breads and delicious homemade jams. Parna Hotel is well located to many restaurants along the harbor and on the quaint streets, although some were closed because we visited off season. I can only imagine how busy it must be in summer! We also had a quick drive to the city of Ayvalik which is a must see for all its antique shops and colorful storefronts. I highly recommend the Parna Hotel! …
I stayed there for a night with my family and I will definitely book again if I go to Cunda. My observations are below for you: Clean and new facility at all points, very friendly staff, tasty breakfast at roof, including very good savoury pastry with cheese and cacao cookies, cosy secret back garden.
Beautifully decorated, fully equipped, new and clean boutique hotel, with warm hosts and great food. Excellent filter coffee and Turkish coffee. Breakfast with a 360 view. Nice little pool at the back, with sun beds and a bar. Highly recommended!
