All staff was very friendly, especially Nicolas helped us trough the night! It's a bit noisy but the location is very central. Clean rooms with fan, climat water and a rooftop terrace. Breakfast for 8.000 with nice fruit and scrumbled eggs. All in all worth going if you are on budget

Very friendly reception staff and conviniently located next to Terminalito, the bus station from which you can go to Barichara or other local destinations. You better equip yourself with some ear plugs, though as it is right on the corner of two very noisy streets.

We got a clean room with a double bed and window to the street, private bathroom with WARM water and the fastest internet we have seen since Medellin. No breakfast but free coffee and tea and the price was VERY reasonable. Beautifull view from the rooftop terrace

We stayed here because our choice of hostel, another owned by the same owner as the Santander Aleman had made an error in our booking. This hostel wasn't on our original wish list, and having to stay here confirmed our thoughts. The rooms and common areas are dated. The kitchen and common area (on the roof) is way to hot...

This hotel is well located in cente of Sin Gil. There are lots of shops and restaurants catering to local people. That also means that you are surrounded by noise. The kitchen facilities are adequate. The rooms are spartan. We had hot water one day and not the next. I never saw the fellow at reception smile. However, the woman...

Can recommend this place, the owners are still looking after it and take special care with everyone. Nice big breakfast, cool hammocks under the sun... Not the best location, and it feels more like a hotel.

This is a convenient location if you fall off a bus exhausted as the little bus depot is right behind the hotel. However all the busses have to circle the building because of the one way streets. The main stop sign in this very busy crowded town is on one edge of this hotel the other edge is the steep...

We stayed here 2 nights despite having a less than average experience, but the hotel is so conveniently located next to the local bus station and the center of San Gil that we decided it wasn't worth moving. Hotel can be noisy due to very busy intersection, but we had an interior room and with the fan on were not...

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights with a group tour. This hotel was in a good location. 2 blks from main square and half a block from the bus station. Free good wifi in rooms. Breakfast was on the roof terrace and was decent. The hotel is on the busiest corner in San gil so from 530am-6pm it...

The staff here was simply incredible. They helped with everything, gave me free bottled water when I was sick, and couldn't have been nicer and more accommodating. The street below was a bit noisy (I was suprised at how congested San Gil was in January) and the terrace upstairs could use some better ventilation but you don't really visit San...
