We have just returned from our 7th stay at this hotel, after a 3 year absence, and it is still just as lovely. Perfect location, beautiful pool, spotlessly clean, air conditioning, free parking. Yannis, Evie and Evridki make everyone feel very welcome and nothing is too much trouble.

Fantastic hotel, clean rooms, great pool, beautiful yard. Excellent for both young people and parents with children. Large private parking. Good wi-fi. Hygiene and service at the highest level.The best hotel in Skala Fourkas

OK. I've read some reviews-I blinked with my eyelashes for every bad comment and rechecked if it was really set to rate this hotel... I really can not see this place like that!
Shortly, I have to say that I've spent my first vacation in Evridiki hotel in June 2011. Than, I came again in June 2012. And again in June 2013. So figure it out how bad it is over there :)
Since I come with my husband and three kids, I always take two bedroom apartment. Rooms are big, cleaned on every 3 days, with sheets and towels change. There is an air conditioner, which is working if the balcony door is not opened, like everywhere I've been before. Nights are fresh so we never used air conditioner while sleeping, and we always had a good night sleep. Bathroom is big and clean. Kitchen is equipped with enough stuff to make something cooked or fried.
Pool is grate especially for kids and husbands that never get mature. They are jumping and playing water polo. Poolside is great for mums to get rest while drinking Nes-frappe, looking their kids enjoying water, sun and life :)
And the owners... They are great people. Working through whole day and late in the evening, maintaining the pool, garden, reception, bar... And still, they are cool: young, smiling and there for you whenever you need them. If there is anything you don't like in the room, or you do not have enough forks or something like that, just tell them-it is to be solved in a minute.
The beach is near, huge, sandy and not crowded, so you can let your kids make sand castles, play volleyball, go for swimming, or search for shells. What is more important-you can do that with them :) And the sunsets... The most beautiful I've ever seen!
So, if you want to fill up your batteries for the whole year, I really recommend this hotel, and this place.

We were allocated on arrival and was pleasantly surprise with the Evridiki apartments. Very clean and pacious rooms, we had clean towls 3 times in 1 week. The owner and his wife and children were lovely and nothing was too much trouble. The room we had was on front next to a busy road which would disturb some people, although there is a shutter did not bother us. I would definately booked to stay a the Evridiki again.

Me and my family (wife and two kids) was 11 days in Evridiki hote in Skala Fourkas. Everything is in perfect order: garden, rooms, pools. Yes pools, big with depth from 1,5 to 2,6 metrs. Sunshades and comfortably deckchairs are next to the pool. There is a bar where you can order your drinks and even eat breakfast, pizza... Hotel also have private parking. Only thing that can be little better are beds. Owners (Evy and Yanis) are in hotel every day, working non-stop to meet your every wish.
Beach is around 200m from hotel. You are passing through few quiet streets.
Strongest impression was smell. I don't have words to describe that perfect mix from pine forest and sea. Both are just few hundrent meters from hotel. If you walk 5 minutes thru forest trail you would see the most beautifull sunset ever. It's a real natural magic.

Mold on the rooms, two of our children went allergic. Pool not clean, water came out on the floor when flushing. We changed hotel after the first night, the owner demand that we paid half the price even if the children went sick, "It´s not my problem" he said.

I wanted to book apartment in Hotel Evridiki and have a direct communication with the manager Yiannis. He conformed by mail, and the next day he cancelled my reservation with no explanation.
Avoid this hotel since that there is no serious person behind. This is my first bad experience in my life and I can not rate this hotel more than 1.

Just got back from the Evridiki apartments in Fourka, Halkidiki. My girlfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed the stay and would recommend these aprtments to anyone who wishes to have a quiet, relaxing holiday. The apartments are family run by Giannis and Evi and we could quite easily have stayed for two weeks it was that enjoyable. You are in a quiet resort but the resort is only 10 - 15 mins by taxi to the much livlier resort of Kalithea. Maybe this resort is not for all people(as the person states from their stay in March) but we found the hotel to be clean and the rooms were maintained most days.

This is a nice, clean and easy-to-get-to hotel. It is family owned and operated. This was my first time staying in Fourka, about one hour outside of Thessaloniki on the first leg in Chalkidiki. The owners, Gianni and Evi, are wonderful and helpful. They have two children that help in the mornings, setting up the tables, vases, chairs, etc. Gianni is always around and managing the bar/restaurant area all hours of the day! Great pool and there is even free WiFi!!! A nice touch. The rooms are simple and clean, classic "horyo" or village-style hotel rooms: small shower with wash handle; nice kitchenette, comfy beds; CRT television with limited channels; nice patio; clean! Nice prices and worth the stay. I like the frappe for two euros, very respectable. The city center/beach area is a simple 7-10 minute walk from the hotel. The hotel sits on the main street coming into the city, so it is easy to find. Enjoy and say hello!

bus stopped outside hotel after 2 hour trip bags just chucked on very busy main road.asked for 2 ground floor rooms got 2 first floor and we had to wait till 5.30 to get in the room arrived 1.35 afternoon.saftey net on balcony broken and falling off.patio door lock broken and did not lock reported first day never mended.toilet seat broken.fridge door did not shut.plates cups knives glasses insufficient.2 ring electric stove to cook for 4 that was funny.damp on bedroom wall.doggy light switches .sheets did not seem very clean.bees outside bedroom.spare land at side of the hotel turned into a lorry park.lorry drivers looking like rambo checked into the hotel.hotel turned into a lorry cafe over the weekend our travel agent forgot to tell us that fourka shut end of sept . so the town turned into a building site full of lorrys diggers bulldozers scrapers all digging the roads up to put new sewers in.they started to widen the dryed up creek. all the shops were running out of food and not restocking.restaurants run out of most meats so after sitting there deciding what you wanted the waiter came out and said no then you started again.no ice cream for the kids run out of draught beer mythos keabab shop run out of meat fist week tuesday then shut .all the roads were muddy .the main road was like brands hatch race course.the beach was full of wood bricks slates cans rubbish .and there was absolutely nothing for my kids to do.we was told by our travel agent there was a lot to do like watersports walks no watersports we could not get into old fourka because they had ripped the road up historic town shame we did not see it .this place was like a ghost town nobody here.we was here 1st oct to the 15th oct 2007 and this is a true account
